2. There are many different perspectives about what the problems are and how the situation might be solved. We have to find ways to understand and accommodate other’s perspectives despite limited resources if our risk based adaptation plans are to be implementable and effective..

3. Our understanding of the future climate, as well as future social, ecological and economic systems will always be incomplete.

We make better informed decisions when we accept this include uncertainty about how the things we are concerned about will be affected.

Greater investment in collaboration Informational functions: creating, collecting, codifying, storing, communicating ideas and info over time and between different groups to make it accessible and useful
