days (Wednesday-Friday)
• Staffs put food in boxes and clients come to choose
• Provided in different boxes for people who have food allergy/food restrictions
Sewing and Cooking Classes
• A program facilitator comes and teaches cooking in the kitchen
• People learn how to cook Canadian Food (new food) and take it to their home
• For mothers, they provide a sewing class

• Counseling is provided to access their needs, strengths, and challenges
• Newcomer orientations: relevant links for settlement (e.g. Housing, legal services, health care)
