Intelligent Corporate Office Complex Mumbai

We live in a networked world where people and technology networks need to connect and collaborate quickly and seamlessly. And that's changing the ways we work.A range of solutions can be designed to help people connect and collaborate better:

One team space and 4 individual spaces. With the individual spaces around the team space this keeps posted information inside more private in the open oorplan

Open resources - provides space divisions with open bookcases. This keeps large amounts of individual resources with in view and reach. Mobile tables allow the user to decide how they want to sit. They can keep their resources next to them or behind them.

Paradigm in living environment

As the daylight travels from loft interior to roof, this layered ground plane responds to a variety of domestic programs; in the living lounge, on the roof terrace, Likewise, the recycled walnut oor folds vertically to create a staircase that leads to a roof deck.

Single Dwelling House

Rethinking the notion of an urban garden, this project introduces a dynamic ground plane, composed of a planted carpet surmounted by wood ooring, that vertically links a penthouse loft with a roof terrace.

SITE PLANNING INDIVIDUAL UNITS

RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT DESIGN

Main Spine (Circulation corridor)

Units placed along auxiliary spine.

Housing Units arranged on either side of main spine of the site i.e. main circulation road. This type of arrangment facilitates movement of air in a similar way as it happens in coconut leaf.Water Body is placed at a position such that it does’nt increase the moistness of the air, but at the same time provides cool environment around recreational and public spaces.

Inspiration is drawn from leaves of coconut tree, which has a central spine and the leaves emerging from it. This particular shape and form of the leaves helps in better ow of wind through them. Here the road acts as the central spine of the site and building forms emerges out of it in a similar manner. Also the main spine and the two axes of the site are rotated at an angle of 45 deg. to facilitate better movement and circulation of wind as the major wind ow direc-tions are along the South-West and North-West.
