The Supplier Support Committee meeting was called to order at 4.15pm eastern time by David Michaud, SSC Chairperson. A quorum was established.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved by the SSC LT via teleconference on 31 August 2007.

2.0 REVIEW MEETING AGENDA, DAVID MICHAUD, SSC CHAIRPERSONDavid reviewed the meeting agenda and participants were reminded to sign the attendance roster.

3.0 SUPPLIER SURVEY REVIEW – SUSAN FRAILEY, SURVEY TEAM LEADSusan Frailey provided the results from the 2007 Supplier Survey Analysis Team and explained the next steps. The team reviewed every question in detail, rated the health of the program based on responses received and recommended actions to improve, or maintain current health. For more details please see the attached presentation.

4.0 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SURVEY UPDATE, LLOYD BARKER, SSC

A survey was sent to all suppliers on 21 September 2007 asking suppliers to identify any professional development needs for themselves and/or their company. The results of this survey were presented, along with an overview of PRI’s strategic initiative to improve the aerospace industry through developmental programs. For more details please see the attached presentation.

5.0 REVIEW OF SSC 2007 ACTIVITY, DAVID MICHAUD, SSC CHAIRPERSONDavid Michaud provided an overview of the work the SSC has accomplished in 2007 based on the feedback received from suppliers who participated in the small discussion groups that were held during the 2007 SSC meetings. Attendees were informed that the room would be divided into four groups and small discussions on the topic of What the SSC can do in 2008, and general suggestions to improve the Nadcap program was introduced. Attendees were then assigned to rooms and facilitators for the discussion. For more details please see the attached presentation.

6.0 REPORT OUT FROM SMALL GROUP DISCUSSIONSA summary of the actions resulting from the discussion was provided.

The SSC LT will evaluate the effectiveness of the SSC meeting, and the actions presented from the small group discussions at the next meeting set for November 2007.

8.0 NEW BUSINESS AND MEETING ADJOURNMENT – DAVID MICHAUD, SSC CHAIRPERSON.The floor was open to questions and comments from all attendees. There were no comments. The meeting was adjourned.
