The Non Metallic Materials Manufacturing (NMMM) Task Group was called to order at 10:30 a.m., 21-Feb-13.

CONFIRMED MINUTESRoger Stirling presented the Composites Task Group Metrics for Suppliers, Staff Engineer and Task Group Initial and Reaccreditation Cycle Time, Supplier Merit and Subscribing Member Balloting.

Roger Stirling reviewed the action item list – All of the actions have been closed from the October 2012 Nadcap Meeting in Pittsburgh, PA, USA

ACTION ITEM: PRI to continue to review checklist questions to determine where” NAs” or “If Required” should be considered. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to add an explanation at the front of the checklist on the applicability of “NA” in the checklist questions. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

ACTION ITEM: Sub-team to collate list of questions to determine if prefix ‘’if required’’ and NA is required. (Sub-team members include Paul Poropatic, Lance Loeks, Betty Kocsis, Nancy Vancil, Pete Atwell and Ken Gish) (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

6.0 AC7124 BALLOT COMMENTS RESOLUTION – OPEN

Ballot comments resolved and incorporated for AC 7124/2

The comments for the draft AC7124/4 were also reviewed

ACTION ITEM: PRI to incorporate Sub-Team’s (Lance Loeks & Team) proposals for Dipping and Cure to AC7124/4 prior to pilot audit and return to Lance Loeks & team to agree content. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to incorporate editorial changes through the checklist (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

7.0 ADDITION OF FIBERS INTO AC7124 – OPEN

ACTION ITEM: Task Group to review and comment on draft AC7124/5. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

ACTION ITEM: Fiber Team to set up conference call comment resolution. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

ACTION ITEM: Subscribers to notify their qualified fiber suppliers regarding the addition of fiber to AC7124/5. (Copy PRI) (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

8.0 AUDIT GRADING CRITERIA FOR AC7124 / AC7122/R– OPEN

Sub-Team (Lance Loeks) presented the AC 7124 / AC 7122/R proposed audit grading criteria.

The review focused on an audit capability approach to determine audit length.

ACTION ITEM: John Key to review previous audit data with reference to the proposed audit grading concept. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

9.0 REVIEW OF FAILURE CRITERIA – OPEN

Motion made to postpone setting the Mode “B” failure criteria for 12 months to allow more data.Motion Passed 14:1 waive

10.0 OPEN DISCUSSION – OPEN

Roger Stirling showed to the TG the merit eligibility questionnaire and NOP-006 criteria

Pilot Audit for the AC 7124/4 checklist is scheduled for April 29 – 30 2013 at Eurocomposites, Luxemburg

ACTION ITEM: PRI to incorporate team’s suggestions into checklist before the pilot audit (AC7124/4). (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to send revised AC7124/4 to the Team for verification prior to pilot audit for use at pilot audit. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)

ACTION ITEM: PRI to ensure proposed AMS 2750/1 is also coordinated with raw material manufacturers. (Due Date: 3-Jun-13)
