ECRC MISSION

Provide oversight to ensure effective processing, equipping, training,

certification, deployment, reach-back, redeployment and proactive family

support of combat trained Navy Individual Augmentees (IA), Ad-Hoc individuals and

provisional units deploying for non-traditional expeditionary missions in

support of the Global War on Terrorism.

• Man– Coordinate w/ NMPS on AC/RC in-processing/ mobilization – Coordinate w/ FFC N1/Pers 4G manning readiness/attrition/backfill

• Train (Support/LNO)– Manage NIACT mission in coordination with Army trainers – Coordinate with FFC and DA on mission training issues at USA bases

• Equip – Uniform/ Equipping coordination – uniforms issued at NMPS– OC & IE, RFI and weapons issued at training site– Gear Reclamation

• Support– Sailor support across entire process to include, but not limited to…

• Pay, Travel Claims• Eval/ FITREP, Advancement Exams, Awards

– Family Support / Preparedness– Warrior Transition Program
