About Sail Boston

Sail Boston, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization (501(c)(3) that was

established in 1992 and has since hosted more than 500 international tall

ships and vessels of interest to the Coastal Communities of Massachusetts.

Sail Boston, Inc. endeavors to develop programs that provide economic

development and cultural enrichment for citizens, businesses, and visitors

to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Rendez-Vous 2017 Tall Ships Regatta set sail from Royal Greenwich on April

16 and will make various port calls before crossing the North Atlantic for

Bermuda, Boston, and Quebec City. The visit to Quebec City will

commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Canadian Confederation.

Tall ships will return to Europe in early September 2017.

Sail Boston 2017 is the only Official U.S. Port of Call for the Rendez-Vous

2017 Tall Ships Regatta. Sail Boston 2017 will be the largest gathering of
