Okupljeni oko teme 'Osnaživanje mladih', Vlada Crne Gore Sistem UN i brojni partneri obiljezili su 68. godišnjicu Ujedinjenih nacija u Prijestonici Cetinje. Na proslavi pod nazivom “Pogled u budućnost – Mladi Crne Gore” predstavljeni su ključni nalazi dvije studije o zapošljavanju i participaciji mladih koje su sprovedene ranije ove godine u okviru zajedničkog Programa UN za osnaživanje mladih.

Famous British actor Nicholas Lyndhurst, famous for his playing the role of Rodney Trotter in the BBC TV comedy “Only Fools and Horses”, joined UNICEF Montenegro to support the Every Child Needs a Family campaign. Poznati britanski glumac Nikolas Lindhrst pridružio se UNICEF-u u Crnoj Gori da bi podržao kampanju “Svako dijete treba porodicu”. Lindhrst, izuzetno popularan po ulozi Rodnija Trotera u seriji BBC-a “Mućke”, pružio je podršku kampanji koju su pokrenuli UNICEF i Vlada Crne Gore, uz podršku EU, kako bi podstakao građane na hraniteljstvo i kako bi pomogao sprečavanje smještanja djece u institucije

“Displaced and internally displaced persons have to submit applications for permanent or temporary residence by the end of the year. Otherwise they will lose their rights and will be illegally staying in Montenegro”, this was stressed out at the press conference which marked a kick-start of an intensive public campaign aimed to urge displaced persons in Montenegro to apply for the new status. “Raseljeni i interno raseljeni do kraja godine u Crnoj Gori moraju da podnesu zahtjev za stalno nastanjenje ili privremeni boravak. FINALNE KONSULTACIJE O AKCIONOM PLANU ZA ZAPOSLJAVANJE MLADIH
Final round of consultations on Action Plan for Youth Employment was organised within the MDG Acceleration Framework (MAF) process in Montenegro, run by Government and supported by UN System. Representatives of national institutions, NGOs, private sector and UN discussed the document developed through field and desk research as well as online and face-to-face consultations with stakeholders and young people. Finalna runda konsultacija o Akcionom planu za zaposljavanje mladih organizovana u okviru procesa ubrzanja Milenijumskih cilljeva razvoja, koji vodi Vlada Crne Gore uz podrsku UN. Predstavnici institucija, civilnog drustva, privatnog sektora, te predstavnici Sistema UN u zemlji diskutovali su o dokumentu koji je rezultat desk i terenskog istrazivanja, te direktnih i online konsultacija sa brojnim akterima u ovoj oblasti, kao i samim mladima.

UNICEF Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States Marie-Pierre Poirier visited Montenegro to help advocating for the rights of the country's most vulnerable children. During the week of 28 October to 1 November, Ms Poirier chaired a meeting of UNICEF representatives and heads of offices from the region, first one of this kind held in Montenegro. Regionalna direktorka UNICEF-a za Centralnu i Jugoistocnu Evropu i Zajednicu nezavisnih drzava Marie-Pierre Poirier, posjetila je u Crnoj Gori, kako bi pružila podšku ostvarivanju prava najugroženije djece u našoj zemlji. Tokom sedmice od 28. oktobra do 1. novembra, gospođa Poirier je predsjedavala sastankom predstavnika UNICEF-a i šefova regionalnih kancelarija, koji je bio prvi događaj ovakve vrste u Crnoj Gori.

A regional conference "Developments since the adoption of the Zagreb Declaration", was organized by the Ministry of the Interior of Montenegro in coordination with UNHCR, European Commission and OSCE-HCNM. The conference was attended by government representatives from South Eastern Europe, as well as representatives of civil society organizations and UN agencies. MORE INFORMATION
Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova uz podršku UNHCR-a, Evropske Komisije i Visokog komesara za nacionalne manjine u OEBS-u organizovali su konferenciju "Razvoj nakon usvajanja Zagrebačke deklaracije". “ŽENSKI BIZNIS – POTENCIJAL CRNOGORSKE EKONOMIJE”
“Women's businesses - the potential of the Montenegrin economy” was the main topic of the conference aiming at creating favorable environment for the development of women's entrepreneurship. On this occasion, the report on “Evaluation of environment for female entrepreneurship in Montenegro” was presented, which identifies the challenges that women entrepreneurs face and provides guidelines for future measures that will ensure equal status of women in the economic arena.
“Ženski biznis – potencijal crnogorske ekonomije” bio je glavna tema konferencije čiji je cilj stvaranje povoljnog okruženja za razvoj ženskog preduzetništva. Tom prilikom predstavljen je izvještaj „Procjena okruženja za žensko preduzetništvo u Crnoj Gori“ koji identifikuje glavne izazove sa kojima se suočavaju preduzetnice i daje smjernice za buduće mjere koje će ženama obezbijediti ravnopravan položaj u ekonomskoj areni.

JAČANJE MEHANIZAMA JAVNIH FINANSIJA NA LOKALNOM NIVOU U CRNOJ GORI
Results of the Project "Strengthening Mechanisms for Public Finance at the Local Level in Montenegro" were presented at the ceremony which marked closure of the project, attended by a number of partners and donors. The project, launched in December 2010, was jointly conducted by the UNDP in Montenegro, Ministries of Finances and Internal Affairs and Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, in cooperation with all municipalities in the country.
Rezultati projekta "Jačanje mehanizama javnih finansija na lokalnom nivou u Crnoj Gori" predstavljeni su na ceremoniji završetka programa, uz prisustvo brojnih partnera i donatora. Projekat koji je počeo u decembru 2010. godine zajednički su sprovodili Kancelarija UNDP u Crnoj Gori, Ministarstvo finansija, Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova i Zajednica opština Crne Gore, kao i sve opštine u Crnoj Gori.
