T-Mobile shows clearly faster average download and upload speeds in Washington, D.C., New York, Houston and Chicago than the other operators.
T-Mobile‘s 5G ‘Ultra Capacity’download speed exceeds 170 Mbps up to 300 Mbps in average per market.

Introduction
We have analyzed the mobile net-works in the US with regards to overall mobile network performance. We took a closer look at four US markets to see how the operators cover this lively centres of business, politics and culture.We tested and measured the down-link and uplink performance of data services reflecting user experience using the latest 5G capable smart-phones (Samsung S20+) in Mobile Experience Tests.
This audit report was commissioned by T-Mobile. The measurements were done in December 2020 and January 2021. Test area, drive routes and times have been independently selected by umlaut.
