• Oil & Gas HVC programme identifies, priorities and supports UK access to
large-scale overseas procurement projects.
• Work with local Gov’t, operators and Tier 1 contractors to gather insight into
timelines, requirements and procurement.
• Introduce UK supply chain co’s with relevant capability. Eg. cascade
opportunities under the Shell/DIT programme for Nigeria and the
Shell/NADLOC programme for Kazakhstan.
• Identify concentrations of UK supply chain capability.
• Promote services of UK Export Finance.
