QUALIFICATIONSDr Khaled finished medical school from Tripoli University and went to complete his M.Sc, specializing in Trauma and Orthopedics, from Birmingham, UK, followed by a fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons Edinburg (FRCSEd).

He specializes in treating all types of orthopedic conditions, including those of the upper extremity, lower extremity, and foot & ankle. He specializes in minimally invasive knee surgery, including meniscus repair and ligament reconstruction in the knee. He also specializes in minimal invasive ankle surgery, including arthroscopy, and lig reconstruction.

Prior to joining University Hospital Sharjah, he has worked extensively in the field of trauma and orthopedic surgery in various NHS affiliate hospital in UK and Saudi Arabia and gained significant exposure in the management of orthopedic and trauma cases for 20 years.

Dr Khaled is fully accredited international ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) course teacher.

He has published and presented his research at numerous local, national, and international conferences.

EXPERIENCEDr Khaled is a UK board certified in orthopedics and trauma surgery with special interest in lower limb, foot and ankle surgery. He offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment ranging from conservative manage-ment to surgical intervention.
