Now, therefore, the draft reciprocal agreement which the Government of GOa, Daman and Diu proposes to enter into with the States of Andhra Pradesh,Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat andPondicherry is hereby published as required' by. sub-section, (3A) of Section 63 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (Central Act ~ of 1939), for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that if any person has any sugges­tion or objection to make regarding the said draft, the same 'may be sent to the Chief Secretary to the, Government of Goa, Daman and ,Diu so as to reach him before the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Ga:zette, so that they may be taken into consi­deration at the time of finalisation, of the said draft. The said draft will be finalised after expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.

The South. Zone permits. on single point 'tax granted by the Transport Authority concerned on anyone State or Union Territory for contract carriages (tourist taxis) to ply in the states of Andhra Pragesh, Kerala, Maharashtra,

Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, vehicles for each State and counterSignature.
