Happy 60th Year Annual Session,United! To all of our pastors andpreachers, faithful cabinet

members, parent body, host pastor, Rev.Larry R. Turner and the Christian LoveBaptist Church:

As we come together on this historicaloccasion, it is fitting that we give God theglory for bringing us safe thus far, and honor the memory of thosewho charted the way before us by an abiding spirit of love,understanding, and oneness in such a way that the Lord would bepleased and their labor would not have been in vain.

Our Association must continue to meet the physical, psychologicaland spiritual need of our society. Our churches must beknowledgeable of the Word of God, kindhearted and rise to a higherlevel of kingdom agenda of home and foreign mission, as we continuefor the faith in these critical days.Therefore, as we come together inthis worship and learning experience, I pray that our various churcheswould be more united, informed and prepared to meet the challengesthat we face in these criticial times where sin is increasingly plagueingour land.

I still agree with the word of the Lord in II Chronicles 7:14 that “If mypeople whichare called by my name, would humble themselves andseek my face and turn from their wicked ways, the Lord promised tohear from heaven and heal our land.”
