Each competitor may enter one kata, one kobudo, and one kumite division. • Traditional white gi/ uniform is required with sleeves and pant legs not rolled up but hemmed. Black gi top may be worn for kobudo competition. • Groin and hand protectors are mandatory for all competitors, as well as chest protectors for female competitors. • Helmets and body protection are optional but highly recommended for all competitors. If you chose not to wear a helmet, a mouthguard is mandatory. • All traditional Okinawan weapons will be allowed for kobudo competition. ATHLETES WITH A DISABILITY All athletes competing in this division must fill out the applicable registration form so that you can be assessed with a disability score.
