Village Assignments
In order to apply to live in the Villages, you
must have at least 44 credit hours on record
in the Registrar’s Office as of the end of the
fall 2014 semester. All students living in the
Villages must have 60 credit hours at the
beginning of the fall 2015 semester.
Average Group Credit Hours2014 – 2015 Average Group Credit Hours
2 person 118 hours3 person 260 hours4 person 267 hoursNorth Hall 340 hours
Townhouses 320 hours5 person 378 hours6 person 323 hours
Average credit hours vary year to year depending on how many groups apply for village housing and the number of credit hours each person has.
Village Request Cards
Available: Feb. 16 – Feb. 20
Get a group together that each have the required 44 credit hours needed to apply to live in the Villages. Pick up Village request cards from the Residence Life Office.
Village Request CardsDue: Friday Feb 20th
Completely fill out and turn in all of your
groups Village request cards to the
Residence Life Office by 5pm on Friday,
February 20.
Late requests will not be accepted.
Helpful Tip• Note: fill out a variety of occupancy
configurations. Do Not apply for just one type of unit.
• Example: a group filling out a card for a 4-person apartment/house should also fill out two 2-person cards. If they do not receive the 4-person spot, they still have an opportunity to receive a 2-person spot.
• On each card, indicate your group’s occupancy preference and include a group member’s contact information.
Village Assignments
• Assignments will be prioritized based on
the combined earned credit hours as a
group
• Townhouses and North Hall will be filled
first, then other Village units will be filled
Village AppointmentsOccupancy Assignments & Selection Appointments EMAILED: Mon., March 2nd by 5pm

Important Facts to Remember! Once you have your assignment, you are finished with the housing
process
Please have roommates in mind when filling out Village Request Cards
Contracts must be submitted between Feb. 23 – Feb. 27
