How  to  Register  for  the  UCTM  Conference    

1. Visit  the  UCTM  Website:      http://www.utahctm.org  2. Login  to  myUCTM  using  boxes  on  the  right:  

• If  you  forgot  your  username  or  password:    Use  the  links  below  the  boxes  to  recover  your  information.    This  will  require  an  active  email  account.  

• If  you  don’t  have  a  UCTM  account:    Click  “Create  an  Account”  and  follow  the  directions  to  create  an  account.  

   

3. Click  “2012  Fall  Conference  Registration”    

 

4. Select  “Fall  Conference  2012”  from  the  events  list.    

   

5. Select  “Registration  Type”  and  “Payment  Method”  then  click  “Register.”    

       

6. Enter  payment  information.    • If  you  are  paying  with  a  credit  card:    Proceed  to  PayPal  and  enter  credit  

card  information.    Make  sure  to  print  a  copy  of  your  receipt  for  your  records.  

• If  you  are  paying  with  a  district  or  school  purchase  order:    Enter  the  billing  information  into  the  payment  screen.  

• If  you  are  paying  with  a  check  by  mail:    Please  send  a  check  for  the  appropriate  amount  to  the  address  below.    Put  your  full  name  on  the  memo  line.

How  to  Register  as  a  Presenter    

1. Login  to  myUCTM  and  register  according  to  the  directions  above.  2. Select  “Session  Presenter”  as  the  registration  type.  

 

               

   

 

3. There  is  no  charge  for  session  presenters,  but  you  need  to  complete  the  2012  Presenter  Proposal  using  the  tabbed  link  at  the  top  of  the  registration  pages.    Complete  all  required  fields.
