Located on Carriage House Drive, these apartments are owned by Aspen Square Management. The company owns properties in 18 states, ranging from Vermont to California.

Celeron Square

Celeron Square Apartments, located off of Hunting Lodge Road, are owned by Flagship Properties. The Ohio-based company’s other endeavors include condominiums in New York, and the Aerospace Technology Park in Brook Park, OH.

Orchard Acres Apartments

Orchard Acres Apartments are located on Cheney Drive. These apartments are managed by Och-CT Housing Consultants, LLC. The company also manages Oakridge and Renwood apartments in the Uconn area, and rents two apartment buildings near Central Connecticut State University.

Knollwood ApartmentsKnollwood Apartments are owned by The Simon Konover Company, in their residential branch. The group is based in West Hartford. Gr8 Space is a residential branch of the company that works to rent the apartments out to UConn students.

Oakwood Apartments

Oakwood Apartments, located across the street from Knollwood Apartments on South Eagleville Road, are also owned by The Simon Konover Company. The Millbrook, Maplewood and Clubhouse apartment complexes in Storrs are also owned by the company. The organization develops and owns hotels, offices, residential communities and more in the East and Midwest United States.
