TheUCC-1FinancingStatementisaformfiledwiththeSecretaryofStateestablishingarecordofasecurityagreementbetweenadebtorandasecuredparty.Oncefiled,itisirrefutableincommerce.Itisaratherbenignlookingformthatcouldverywellbethemostpowerfulinstrumentincommerciallaweverdiscoveredbythepatriotmovement.Itisalsobyfarthemostdangerous.Theprocesshailedas"Redemption"isfastandfuriouslysweepingthecountry,withnoticeableresultsbothpositiveandnegative.Itislikeaguninthehandsofapersonwhoisaskilledmarksman.Butanyweaponcanbeusedagainstyouifyoudonthavethecapacitytowieldit.

YouareasovereignunderyourCreator.ThenamethatappearssimilartoyourownbutisinallCAPITALLETTERSisatrust.Thattrustisa"person"undertheInternalRevenueCode,anda"taxpayer."That"person"wascreatedwhenyourmotherallowedfortheassignmentofabirthcertificate.Suchaninstrumentisacertificateoftitle,titletoabusinessentitythatexistsforone,andonlyone,purpose.Itwascreatedtobecollateralonadebtthatcanneverbe"paid."Itisanindenturedservantthatisboundinperpetuityfrominceptiontodissolution.Ithasalwaysbeen,andalwayswillbe,aDEBTOR.Theonlyquestionremain

ingistowhomisitindentured?

TheRedemptionprocessisaseriesofactionsincommerciallawthatcreatesarelationshipsuchthatthisDEBTORisforeverindenturedtoyouastheSECUREDPARTY.Incommerciallaw,ifapersonissubjecttoajudgmentandlienofasumofmoneyandlaterathirdpartycomeswithaclaimforreliefagainsttheperson(theDEBTOR)thisthirdpartyissecondinlinetobepaidbehindtheoriginalCREDITORwhoholdsthejudgmentandlien.Thetheory,whichhasbeenprovenonmanyoccasionsincourt,isappliedtoRedemption.YourDEBTORgetsaticketfor$95.00forspeeding.Itisalwaysthedebtorthatispresentedwiththecharginginstrumentsincethebankruptcorporatecourtsarenotabletodealwithlivin

gsovereigns,onlybusinessentities.You,theCREDITOR,havea"lien"ontheDEBTORforalargepenalsum(say$100,000,000,000.00).Thecorporatemunicipalitycomestocollectincommerceits$95.00andyoubasicallysay"Cool,letmeknowwhenthedebtorisreadytopayyousoIcancollecttheamountbecauseIamfirstinline."

Theprocess,ifeveryoneendeavorstounderstanditandutilizeitproperly,hasthefurtherpotentialtogetthebankruptgovernmentoutofthefraudulentnationaldebtitgotmixedupwithinthefirstplace.IfoneunderstandshowtheFederalReserveandtheU.S.Government"create"money,theywilllearnitisaprocesscalledDOUBLEENTRYBOOKKEEPING.Itisactuallyquitesimpleandyoucand

oitthenexttimeyoutakeyourdateouttodinner.Takeyournapkinandwritethewords"T-BILL"followedbytheamountyouwishtocreate(say$1,000,000.00).Handthenapkintoyourdateandhaveher"deposit"itinherpurse(orhiswallet).Nowyourdatetakeshisorhernapkinanddraftsa"check"madeouttoyoufortheamountof$1,000,000.00.Heorsheinturnloansthisbacktoyouatinterest.Nowwhenyoutakeherhomeandkisshergoodnightshehasa"deposit"thatis"cash"onherbooks.Shecannowgooutandmakeeightotherloansof$1,000,000.00eachtoothercustomersusingyour"T-BILL"asthefractionalreservebasisfortheloans(tenpercent).Sowhatisbackingthe"T-BILL"inthefirstplace?Afterall,thissmacksoffrauddoesntit?

Intheworldofinternationalfinancetheaboveprocessisexactlyhowmoneyis"created"outofthinair.ThecollateralistheDEBTORwhosenameisprintedonabirthcertificateandasocialsecuritycard.Asyouconductyouraffairsonadailybasisincommerceyouassumeandpresumeyouarethatdebtor,ortrust,orSTRAWMAN.Aslongasyouagreetothispresumptionyouhaveplacedyourownbodyasasuretyonthenationaldebt.Youareactingascollateral.TheonlyproblemwiththispremiseisthattheSupremeCourtsaysthatthisisimpossibleforasovereigntodo,evenvoluntarily[readtheessayonthiswebsitetitle[http://www.commonlawvenue.com/Summaries/04-essay.htm].Ifyouhaveestablishedwhoandwhatyouare,andhavesecuredor"captured"thatDEBTORandplacedhimindebttoyoufirst,youjustremovedhimascollateralonthenationaldebt.ThatmeanstheT-BILLhasnovalue,whichmeansthe$1,000,000.00checkwasnogood,whichmeanstherewasnoloan.

IfyouhaveheardoftheprocesscalledtheOFFEROFPERFORMANCE,youunderstandthatanoffertoperformanobligationallegedbyanotherisalegitimatemethodtodetermineiftheobligationevenexistsinthefirstplace.Ithashadstrangeeffectsforpeoplewhohadpurportedloans.Ifdonecorrectly,thelenderwillnotbeabletoproveincourtthatthereisaloanbecausethecollateralfra

ctionalreservebasisismostoftenapromissorynoteratherthanmoney.Apartywhodeclinesanofferingoodfaithforfeitshisrighttoenforcetheoffer,thuscancelingtheallegedobligation.Whatbecomesamatterofrecordisthatthereneverexistedanydebtinthefirstplace.

Whilethecircumstancesandissuesareslightlydifferent,theunderlyingpremiseabovehelpstobetterunderstandRedemption.Askyourselfthissimplequestion:IftheFederalReservenoteisitselfadebtinstrument,howdoesoneuseittopayoffthenationaldebt?Itismathematicallyimpossible.Yetwearebeingtoldinthenewsthatthedebtprincipalisactuallybeingreduced.Thereisonlyoneoftwoexplanationsforthis.Eitherthepoliticiansarelyingorso

methingelseishappening.IfeachandeverysovereignCitizencanrebutthepresumptionthatheorshehaspledgedthefuturelaborofabusinessentitytopayoffthenationaldebtthenthoseT-BILLSareanullity,theFEDchecksareworthless,andthedebtisnolonger.

Thinkofthisfromadifferentperspective.LastwinterClintongotontelevisionandsaidthenationaldebthadbeenliterallycutinhalfinthetimehewasinoffice.Hesaiditwaspossible,inourforeseeablefuture,thatourchildrenwouldenjoythefirsteraofzerodebtsincethetimeofAndrewJackson.Butaskyourselfthissimplequestion:IfClintonwasactuallytellingthetruthforonce,justwhatarewegoingtouseasmoneywhentheprincipaliscompletelypaid
