• Freshman counselors introduce A-G and graduation requirements by speaking to all students via Biology or English class.
• 10th grade classroom presentations in the spring to include graduation and A-G status reports while registering for following year classes. (These is standard procedure for 10-12.)
• 1st semester junior year individual students are counseled and a plan created to meet requirements (example: online classes to make up D’s of F’s). Grad and A-G status reports mailed home.
• 1st semester senior year same as 1st semester junior year.
