The posterior triangle starting with surface anatomy, identify the suprasternal notch, the acromion
 process, and the mastoid process.
Incise from the SCM joint along the clavicle to the acromion process. Also, incise along the SCM joint,
 along the SCM to the mastoid process. Peel back the skin carefully. Identify the superficial fascia, reflect
the superficial fascia towards the trapezius mucsle. Dissect carefully around the external jugular vein and
cervical plexus, reflect the superficial fascia.
