I developed my love for photography
when I was a kid. My grandma used
to give me her camera to take family
pictures. That was fun! Being a
teenager, I bought my first camera
and within a few years I developed
the necessary technical skills for
serious photography, eventually it
became my passion. Coming to New
York City was a great inspiration, I
started documenting the life on the
streets with my photographs , always
hungry for more. During the past few
years my love for photography has
grown, my work evolved and became
multi-faceted; I have grown.
“I think I started to forget things
and [...] when I’m taking a picture of
something it helps me not to forget. I
start to shoot a lot. I started to shoot
people [...] I just need to save it
somewhere. An dif you have a photo
you can also share it to others. That’s
a good thing about it. You just share,
what’s happening in your world,
what’s happening around [...]. So
I think, everybody who takes street
pictures has their own view of it.”
