• Ingredients:Taffy Cheese (Quesillo)Dough of corn or rice

PROCEDURE TO MAKE PUPUSAS

• First clean the comal.• Before prepare the dough, take the flour and put it in hot

water• Now take the dough and hit it with the hand to take a form of

tortilla• And finaly put it in the comal for proximity 5 minutes

NUEGADOS• Ingredients

Two cups of ground yuca (cassava)Two eggs

One spoonful of baking powderCup of grated cheese

Salt

PROCEDURE TO MAKE NUEGADOS
