ACCESS FLOORFor installationsinvolving access �oors,rail placement should bedesigned to fall directlyover access �oorpedestals. If railplacement does notcoincide with pedestals,we suggest additionalpedestals be placeddirectly under new raillocation (see added railin illustration). In someinstances, a larger railsize precludes the needfor additional pedestals.Seismic pedestals maybe used when necessary.
