INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

1. Preheat the oven to 204°C.

2. Place the onion wedges in a single layer in a baking dish.

Sprinkle with the sugar, salt, and pepper. Bake in the oven.

•3. Make the bangers and mash.• While the onions are in the oven,boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
