PRODUCT NAME UNIOIL COOLANT High Performance Quality Coolant DESCRIPTION Unioil Coolant is a balance formulation of mono-ethylene glycol and

selected corrosion inhibitors for use in the cooling systems of aluminum and/or cast iron engines whether petrol or diesel. It is designed not only to give full protection against boiling under high temperature conditions but also protection against freezing at low ambient temperatures.

In addition, Unioil Coolant gives excellent cooling system protection

against corrosion under both high and low ambient temperature conditions with the use of selected corrosion inhibitors. It is a phosphate free product designed for use in all types of cooling systems.

APPLICATION Unioil Coolant is suitable for use in cast iron, aluminum and mixed-metal

engines. Typical freezing points of Unioil Coolant / water solutions are -11.7°C at a 25% solution, -17°C at 33% solution and -35°C at a 50% solution.

The product does not form precipitates when mixed with hard water and

is also compatible with chromate filters employed in some systems. We recommend the use of a 50:50 mixture ratio with water where it can

be employed in a cooling system to provide protection for up to two years when topped up with an identical mixture.

BENEFITS Excellent cooling system protection against both boiling and/or freezing

conditions. Corrosion inhibitors present to protect systems against corrosion when used at 50:50 coolant/water mixture. Also contains anti-cavitation additives which meets the requirements of certain makes, such as, CAT. Part No.3P044. It is not injurious to varied types of materials e.g. rubber hoses, seals, generally found in a cooling system. it is colored green to facilitate rapid detection on any overflow or leakage.
