It is good for the plant to be fertilized every once in a while… BUT NOT TOO MUCH! Too much fertilizer can cause the roots of the plant to BURN!

A couple of the causes of browning leaf tips are, improper watering, exposure to cold drafts, insect attack,& excess fertilizer.

First, you will need some potting soil, a plant of your choice, a pot or cup, and a window.

Fill your cup or pot about ¾ of the way full of potting soil. Put enough water in the soil so that it feels damp. Then, put your seed about 1in. To 1 ½ in. deep.

Leave in window sill. Keep your soil moist and watch your plant grow!

You should not put fertilizer into your pot or cup until your plant has grown it’s first true leaves. Have

i know that you may think that is good for a plant to grow that much… BUT IT’S NOT!

If your plant grows too fast, your plant stem will get thin, and the plant won’t be able to support itself.
