HAVE A GOOD TIME,AND PLEASE RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS! For Your Comfort and Protection, please help us help you to have a happy and safe vacation.
1. CHECk-OUT TIME is 12:00 noon. Re-register by 11:00 am.
2. QUIET HOURS are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
3. GENERATORS are not permitted.
4. ATVS, QUADS, or other OFF ROAD DEVICES ARE NOT TO BE RIDDEN ANYWHERE ON TWIN SPRUCE PROPERTY.
5. Speed limit of 5 miles per hour is strictly enforced.
6. Termination of tenancy can result from violation of any Park rule or objectionable conduct and will be at the discretion of the management.
7. A pool is provided for your pleasure. Children under 14 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Please abide by all posted rules. No lifeguard on duty. No diapers or cutoffs. No glass in pool area.
8. Parents are responsible for children’s actions and safety. Children not accompanied by an adult must be at their campsite by 10:00 pm.
9. NO GROUND FIRES ARE PERMITTED.
10. All visitors must register upon entering the Park.
11. Clotheslines are not permitted.
12. All pets must be kept on a leash. No pets are to be left at campsite unattended. Use designated Pet Walk area. Please clean up after your pets.
13. SMOkING IS PROHIBITED in all buildings. Anyone smoking in any of the facilities will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
14. Reservations take priority over changes in plans. If there is a possibility you may decide to stay past the day your current registration ends, please notify us as soon as possible.
15. Please do not move from your assigned site to another without authorization.
16. Only one camping unit (including tents) is allowed per site.
17. Any guest destroying or damaging property will be expected to make due restitution.
18. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only at your site.
19. Sewer collars or donuts must be used with each hookup.
20. A DUMP STATION is provided for the proper disposal of GRAY WATER, BLACK WATER AND THE EMPTYING OF PORT-A-POTTIES OR PORTABLE HOLDING TANKS. STATE LAW prohibits the discharge of gray water onto the ground.
21. Washing of vehicles or RVs is NOT permitted in the Park. 22. The management assumes no responsibility for
accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. If evicted, no refund.
