A General Note before we start-•I really enjoyed meeting all of you last Friday at Peace Band Club Naxxar- Our next activity will be our Christmas activity- Details to follow!•Next week Clifton will be attending Honeywell MaxPro VMS training in Germany at Honeywell and David will be joining him for them to both do HSDK training on Thursday and Friday.•Silvio successfully completed his Siemens Certification- well done•We have had to buy a new colour A4 printer- reason- staples in the roller- please all of you – take care of all office equipment•We have a new employee – Jerico Spiteri- he will be joining the MDH shift crew as a shift technician- I am sure the MDH people will bring him up to speed with his initial training.

Projects and deadlines• 16_007_LeMeridien_BMS_upgrade- Last week I made the internal Kick

off for Le Meridien which is a large project spread over a year- we have done our site survey and now we have to start working on phase 1 panels – phase 1 which has to be completed by Feb 2017- next steps are– Start planning the design and purchasing planning for the first panels and

once materials are here, we will need to execute the change over on site• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU – Project completed- prosit

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We have finally concluded this project! Well done to all for closing off this difficult project – We will have our closeout meeting on Tuesday 8th November- Please prepare for this!

• 12_027- Parliament –We have updated Maxpro and now and conclude all documentation (this needs to be done by 2nd week of Nov) and finally integrate ProWatch

Projects and deadlines• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – Material from Siemens has been received, RFIs are still

unanswered from client• 14_069- Q021_TF4- panel modifications and documentation• 12_025- The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE

NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION- SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• 12_043_Life Sciences – we need to call for an inspection of snags to close everything down- we also need to start scripting on the tenant building module

• 13_075_Bosch_ProWatch_Genetec_Interface - The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... Well done to all who have helped conclude this – we need to now present what we have done internally scheduled for 17th Nov 2016

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS and we also have to execute some new works at CCA (new cameras, pagers)

• 15_039_Nestle- With a lot of effort from Clifton and all this project was completed lat week

Projects and deadlines• 15_011- Sliema apartments – We have been through the site orientation- next steps are

panel design, materials ordering, panel build and installation/terminations of field on site.• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- we

have concluded security and Home automation and in week of 15th should conclude SAVANT audio visual.

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project. Commissioning is planned to be done by mid Nov 2016 We are also advanced on the second Pool Panel- which is now completed

• 16_015_RSM- this lighting control project is to be completed by Beginning of December 2016 we need to really keep a good eye on what is happening on site by the main contractor- we must ensure the wiring and terminations are done properly

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have built all panels for these projects and we are awaiting others to complete their installation

• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending installation works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

DesignLast week• As Built update of OVT DDC-1 Panel Drawing• Draughting of Sliema Graham Apartments DDC-1, then handed to CVA for checking

prior panel build• OTM - Q021 5DP02 - re-drawing of old Circuit, handed to SSA for checking. Now

awaiting final feedback for conclusion• ESI – created new ISMA I/O template• Meridien –Points lists for all phases complete, excluding additions.• Meridien - Determined Isma I/O Cards req’d, checked req’d space. To be verified next

week by CVA then release to for ordering, etcNext Week:• Draughting of Sliema Graham Apartments RS1, RS2, RS3• Meridien – check iSMA i/o cards selection with CVa, then release to SAA & TBR for

ordering, etc• Meridien – determine 2016 additions (on which DDCs etc), with Site visits as required.• Meridien – Sample on first panel - Sketching of Updates on existing Panel Drawings• OTM – meet SSA re: next week’s draughting of Q019_AS410-Migration - 03NVC20-mod

Well done to the efforts done to catch up – we are still in slight delay and I have adjusted our plan – we need to keep it now!- WE HAVE FALLEN BACK AGAIN –Somehow we need to make up for this and make the dates below achievable

Qatar and trying to secure a large BMS project in malta.Our sales team have secured three new jobs last week:

16_051_Baxter_AHU_Controls- A JACE AHU control system for new client who we have been trying to get for a while – Baxter. 16_025_DeLaRue_OFX- A new project for industrial automation team 13_004 Q021 revision of Fire and Gas Matrix at GASCO

I will be kicking off the three projects about shortly
