A General Note before we start- New premises

The new premises.... Most works have now been completed- well done to all for their efforts done. The following is to be done before we can ay we are really ready! a) Electrical door lock installation on new doorb) Office DAC and intruder are re commissionedc) Air Conditioning controls with JACEd) Re installation of fire alarm panele) Re installation of all wall mounted items in tech areaf) Patching of IP points in design and commissioning offices will

happen next Monday 16th May- we may have restricted access to internet / serer after 1500hrs- As soon as this is done- Design and commissioning offices may be shifted back to place

g) Snag list is pending which is with Dennis to implement

A General Note before we start- Some General Notes•It was great seeing you all last Friday for LVA/GME/CCA farewell•Welcome to our new employees Stefan and Andrew- Clifton and Claudio please get them on Linkedin and onto this group for them to follow us•Stefan and Clifton have started some Webex sessions on Intruder alarms with Honeywell they also had a session with a Honeywell expert in our offices last Wednesday•Myself and John will be in the US for next week.. I will return on 25th May... John will be visiting Microbiz in SF for the week after•Margaret will be on leave as of 21st May to 1st June – Happy Holidays Margaret.

Projects and deadlines• 15_044_Hilton_Restaurant_Kitchen_AHU and

15_034_Hilton_Calorifier_Monitoring. We have managed to commission basic closed loop controls ... Next would be the full commissioning of the project- My estimate is that this will be completed by end of May 2016- CVA can you confirm that this is achievable

• 15_033_Westin_7-AHU- Most of the T&C should by now be completed. Pending is documentation CCI I would like a target date on the completion here

• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We have made progress on commissioning here- we are stuck on a lot of issues by the client – We must do all we can to close items which are our control

Projects and deadlines• 13_052 New offices- Now a target is – Complete all

installations and everyone to move back to their places – new target – Mid May 2016... Latest!!

• 12_027- Parliament installation of St James lift intercom and DAC system, this too , is a very urgent project and we have progressed well on the lift- Hopefully we finish next week guys!! Last Friday we had an emergency situation at Parliament which Clifton solved with help from Honeywell... And some people also know what it took to get hold of the software which was locked in the bonds

• The Vibrant Lighting control project will be due soon and I expect the commissioning of the project to happen in June or Latest July 2016

DesignLast week• Life Sciences - Concluded Panel Drawings printing,

distributed to Clifton, for site, my files, MPa O&M manual

• Siggiewi – Printed full set for MPa O&M manual• AAP Residence – Concluded Intelligent Ltg P&IDs,

submitted. (now awaiting final go-ahead from Martin) / Trashed all BMS related queries with TBR re: remaining systems, will start Points list & P&IDs as from Monday / released various requests for pending info from others

DesignNext Week:• Life Sciences – PDFs of all drawings for MPA O&M• Westin 7AHUs – get As Built feedback from DSH,

implement• AAP Residence – Points list & P&IDs of all remaining

systems, hopefully submit• Release query of Terminating details from all

accordingly, so I compile library for Terminating Matrix

• OTM –next week I can commence on Q015_MOV_PT_for_P12

InstallationPast week:– Changed cold room sensors and PD sensor at Hilton– Assisted Claudio at Fimbank on A/C testing– Started installation on parliament lift– Completed intruder new cabling at ESI offices

Development and Commissioning• We have done large important steps on finishing off the Parliament

we need to get the documentation out of the way too to avoid us going time and time again on site- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET A COMPLETION- we have an urgent quote to implement on Parliament St James lift (intercom and DAC readers)

• The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION

• 12_043_Life Sciences – Collecting the KWhr monthly data and finishing off what we can is a huge urgency!!

• SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

Development and Commissioning• OTM urgent jobs and snags – P12/ Tank Field 3 and

quoting for the AS410 change over• Well done for changing CCA intruder - We now have some

internal snags on the panel to resolve- we also have to get to the bottom of the AC snags. CCI and DFA I need your feedback and way ahead

• Oncology 14_066- We have done most of the work here and are waiting from Panta on this

• Aurobindo we are proceeding with software development and we have done quite some progress – we are also now commissioning this project- we will need to come up with a plan here.

Development and Commissioning• 16_004_Microbiz_PW_Otis_Interface- is now

urgent and must meet our deadlines• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on

concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... We need data and good data to prove our systems

Data, data and more data• We have a lot of projects which are giving us a lot

of data and I would like to start telling “stories” by data

• Story no 1 – Plot all VSD speed of motors above 10KW for last 8 weeks and show how much energy has been saved by looking at the speed profiles – compare the speed profiles of Chilled and hot water compared to outside air temperature

Data, data and more data• Story 2 – Present data from the Siggiewi school

and show this data on some relationships. I have asked Clifton to provide data for classes, corridors, KW meters, PV generation as well as pool data and energy for last 2 months

• Story 3 – Data for SCM PH1 and PH2- I would like some ideas on what stories can be told through data from this project- Claudio can you have a short think and give me some pointers here!!!

Sales and Business Development• We have been working on a quote for Actavis, 2 other Home

automation projects and soon we will be quoting OTM for the change over of their PLC/Operating system and re writing of their core software.

• We are also working to close off a large project at Meridien and a larger than life home automation system

• Last week we had our regional sales manager from Italy – Flavio Romano who came with a Technical expert on CCTV who gave some pointers to Clifton and Stefan

• We have won a small DAC project at a very important and prestigious client – BMIT- this client has more work for us and this small (one door) DAC project has to be an opportunity for us to prove ourselves
