In active service of the Handicrafts Division, the International Paper Modelers Convention proclaims a twenty-year beachhead in this generations-long struggle, a position held valiantly against the apathetic and lethargic assaults of the time-wasting enemy.

The International Paper Modelers Convention would like to salute all those brave men and women around the world who selflessly sacrifice their free time to this glorious cause, or hobby, of paper model making.
