Mass Intentions

Fr. Adam and the Parish Pastoral Council Picnic Committee

would like to thank our God for bringing the rain after we

had finished with the clean up. Thank you parishioners for

the good food you shared, and Sarah Quintana 31 Flavors

for the Ice Cream. We would also like to thank our Spon-

sors who provide us with drinks, Pepsi Cola Bottling Com-

pany, Coca Cola Bottling Company, and Berardinelli Fam-

ily Funeral Services. Thank you to the Feed Bin for the use

of the metal tubs for our drinks

and El Ice Plant for their donation

of Ice. Many thanks to ALL of

our volunteers especially the

Knights of Columbus who set up,

took down and so graciously

cooked for us. Thanks to all again

who stepped up and made this a

success, without you none of this

would have been possible.

May God Bless Us All

This weekend’s readings speak of the virtue of humility. As you

homework, please find online the prayer the Litany of Humility,

written in the early 20th century by Cardinal Merry del Val. Pray

this prayer for one week and see if the Spirit nudges you about

any areas of your life in which humility may be lacking.

ful prayer as they experience a breath of new life for the vocation

of parenthood. The fee is $5 per person (Limited Scholarships

Humility, rooted in a true knowledge of ourselves and our will-

ingness to put the needs of others before us, is the hallmark of the

Christian. Being truly humble allows us to bring a depth of wis-

dom to our relationships with God and others so that they can

always be in proper order and on proper course.
