Appointment ArrivalPlease arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early. If it’s your first time you’ll need to complete appropriate forms for specific services.

Medical ConditionsPlease alert your Techies, Artisans or Beauty Engineers of any medical conditions that may have changed since your last scheduled appointment. It is VERY important for us to know in case we need to make changes in your treatment. THE WORKS respects your privacy in these matters.

PregnancyWe have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow the spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Unfortunately we do not offer any spa treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Appointment SchedulingWe welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate you, but advanced booking is preferred at THE WORKS during our business hours.

Cancellation NoticeTHE WORKS asks for a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. Rescheduling at the time of cancellation is suggested. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 min early, late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited appointment, as we cannot adversely affect the next customer.

HomecareTo continue your experience at home, all our products used during your treatments are available at the reception. Ask one of our Operators and they’ll advise you on the most suitable products for your needs.
