Il software di configurazione offre un’interfaccia semplice ed intuiti- va con l’utilizzo di icone.
> Controllo totale grazie a microprocessori programmati semplicemente da un menu o tramite RS232 con visualizzazione di tutti i parametri chiave sull’ampio schermo LCD.> L’avanzato sistema di telemetria integrato consente la trasmissione di allarmi e la ricezione di comandi SMS tramite un modem GSM esterno o integrato. In alternativa, grazie a TELENK, allarmi e comandi sono disponibili anche su protocolli di trasmissione TCP/IP con ANTLAN o BURK. Il modem GSM e TELENK sono disponibili come optional.> Struttura compatta e robusta in acciaio inossidabile in sole 3 unità rack.

Caratteristiche> La ridondanza estrema, è la caratteristica intrinseca dell’intero trasmettitore: nell’alimentazione, negli eccitatori, nei moduli di potenza e nelle ventole di raffreddamento. > Ogni modulo include un alimentatore “switching mode” che regola e stabilizza la tensione di alimentazione fornita dalla se- zione di alimentazione ed è controllato da una scheda a micro- processore, collegata tramite un bus di tipo RS485 alle altre schede a microprocessore della macchina.> Grazie alla modularità del sistema è possibile realizzare compo- sizioni economiche e ridondanti su specifiche richieste del cliente e per ogni tipologia di applicazione.> L’elevato numero dei moduli di potenza autosufficienti e indi- pendenti tra loro garantisce la massima continuità di servizio> Un’ampio pannello LCD consente di configurare e controllare in maniera semplice ed intuitiva tutti i parametri di esercizio della macchina.> L’apparato dispone inoltre del pulsante d’emergenza, che se
premuto seziona immediatamente la linea di alimentazione ai vari teleruttori, per cui si ha un arresto istantaneo di tutte le parti soggette a potenza pur rimanendo operativi gli eccitatori, che in stato di interlock visualizzano le avarie senza rischi di tensioni pericolose.> Eccezionale facilità di manutenzione del trasmettitore grazie all’uso della tecnologia “Hot-Pluggable Technology” che rende possibile estrarre i singoli moduli, senza spegnere il trasmetti- tore che continuerà a funzionare a potenza ridotta. Caratteristiche
> I trasmettitori ”Barracuda” sono ideali per quelle installazioni dove i sistemi di raffreddamento ad aria forzata e i costosi im- pianti di condizionamento delle postazioni si rivelerebbero in- adeguati e poco efficienti. > I trasmettitori “Barracuda” sono raffreddati con liquido non tossico e non corrosivo resistente fino a temperature inferiori a -30 gradi centigradi. Il liquido viene composto durante la fase di produzione del trasmettitore, così da non richiedere miscela- zioni o aggiunte in postazione durante l’installazione. Il sistema di raffreddamento è a doppia pompa, in commutazione e dia- gnostica automatiche.> L’inversione di pompa è programmabile al fine di evitare mal- funzionamenti dovuti ad eccessivi periodi di inattività della pompa stessa.> Il raffreddamento a liquido e la mancanza dell’impiego di con- dotti ad aria forzata semplifica notevolmente le attività di prima installazione e successiva manutenzione garantendo inoltre maggiore pulizia dell’ambiente di lavoro. Facilità di manutenzione
grazie al vano pompe montato su carrello estraibile e con appo- site valvole di chiusura evitano di dover svuotare l’apparato dal liquido presente.> I trasmettitori “Barracuda” sono equipaggiati con i più sofisticati sistemi di controllo e protezione e completamente gestibili in via remota con i nostri sistemi di telemetria. > Segnalazione di false partenze da parte delle pompe, così da consentire all’operatore di diagnosticare preventivamente even- tuali avarie di funzionamento e la realizzazione di serbatoi con indicazione di riserva liquido.> La ridondanza costruttiva degli amplificatori, l’impianto di raf- freddamento con circuito del liquido a bassa pressione e i tubi del circuito dimensionati per resistere a pressioni 10 volte supe- riore a quelle di esercizio,sono sinonimo di alta affidabilità e continuità di servizio.> La mancanza delle ventilazioni ad aria forzata e l’utilizzo di pompe ad alta efficienza hanno reso possibile una drastica riduzione dei consumi dei trasmettitori.

> “Barracuda” transmitters are ideal for those installations where the forced air cooling systems and the expensive air conditioning systems of the locations are inadequate and inefficient.> “Barracuda” transmitters are cooled with non-toxic and non corrosive liquid resistant up to temperatures below -30 degrees Celsius. The liquid is made during the production phase of the transmitter, so requires no mixing or additions in location du- ring installation. The cooling system is a double pump, in auto- matic switching and diagnostics.> The reversal of the pump is programmable in order to avoid malfunctioning due to excessive downtime of the pump itself.> Liquid cooling and the lack of the use of forced air ducts greatly simplifies the work of initial installation and maintenance and also ensuring cleaner working environment. Ease of maintenance with the pump compartment mounted on removable basket with suitable shutoff valves avoid having to empty the apparatus from the liquid present.
> “Barracuda” transmitters are equipped with the most sophisti- cated control and security systems and fully managed remotely with our telemetry systems.> Reporting of false starts by the pumps, so as to enable the oper- ator to diagnose possible failures in advance of operation and the construction of tanks with reserve indicator liquid.> The redundancy construction of the amplifiers, the cooling plant with liquid circuit at low pressure and the pipelines of the circuit sized to withstand pressures 10 times higher than those operational, are synonymous with high reliability and continuity of service.> The lack of forced-air ventilation and the use of pumps with high efficiency have made it possible a drastic reduction in consumption of the transmitters.
