You now have access to full episodes of available shows, movies and live streams with
TV Everywhere using a supported desktop, laptop or mobile device, included in your
on-campus housing tv package. The following information describes the steps
necessary to create a user ID that allows access to TV Everywhere.
How to Register for TV Everywhere (TVE) with an existing Email account
1. To begin the process of registering for TVE please check your UNI email address.
You should have received a welcome email from [email protected].

2. Click your account number (example: 8502078000730101) from the email to be directed to the
Verification page so you can begin the registration process.
3. Once you have arrived at the Verification page please enter your billing account number included
in the email and then click continue.
4. You will now be directed to the Mediacom ID Selection page. Select the top option “I would like to
use my existing email address as my Mediacom ID.”
Important Note: If you choose to create a new Mediacom email address or use an existing email address with the
endings of @mchsi.com, @mediacombb.net, or @mediacomtools.net to register then there will be a 6 month period
where you will not be able to re-register using that same @mchsi.com or @mediacombb.net email address. This hold
period does NOT apply to any other @ domain.

5. You will now be directed to the Registration screen.
6. Enter in the new user registration information and then click the “Sign Up” button.
Please comply with the Email and Password requirements listed below. If any of these fields do
not meet the criteria a popup tool tip will appear.

7. Your new Mediacom ID has been created. You will need to login to the email account you
specified in order to verify the email is authentic.
8. Processing your new Mediacom ID may take up to 24 hours to activate before you will have access
to TV Everywhere.
9. Your Mediacom ID can only be used for signing in to TV Everywhere and does not provide you
with an email box to send and receive messages.
Important Note: Only ONE (1) TV Everywhere registered user ID and credentials permitted per
student living in UNI on-campus housing.

How to view TVE content
Once you have registered your Mediacom ID, TV Everywhere content is available in a variety of
formats.
Visit http://watch.mediacomtoday.com/
1. “Sign In” using registered Mediacom credentials
2. Click the settings gear icon and select “Manage TV Listings”
3. Enter zip code “50614,” designated for all on-campus registered TV Everywhere users
4. Select “Mediacom UNI Digital”

5. Search for programming content using the tools at the top of the Home page including “Live TV”,
“Shows”, “Networks” or the general Search bar.
6. Click “WATCH” and the programmer icon
Important Note: Not all content available in all areas. “LIVE TV” may be limited based on Network
availability or area restrictions. Mediacom TV Everywhere does not include subscription to Amazon, Google
Play, Hulu, iTunes, Netflix or YouTube.

1. Navigate to the Network website you want to watch
2. Some Network sites may require you enter your TV provider – select “MEDIACOM”
3. Some Networks require you re-enter your Mediacom ID and password credentials.

2. Some Network Apps require an initial one time sign-in
3. Select “MEDIACOM” as TV provider

The following lists contain the available channels on TV Everywhere and mobile devices that allow for
viewing content. The TV channels you are currently subscribed to will determine which channels you are
able to view. Channels are subject to change and not available in all areas.

Trouble Creating your ID
An account number has been assigned to you and should have been sent to your UNI email address. This
account number is used for TV Everywhere ID registration.
If you cannot find this email, please check your spam folder.
If you are still having trouble locating the email or if you are experiencing problems with registration,
please contact your UNI Help Desk.
Forgotten ID
If you need to recover your login ID, please contact technical support at [email protected].
You must include your UNI email address in your correspondence to recover the login ID.
Forgotten Password
If you need to recover your password:
1. From the login screen select forgot password to reset your credentials.

2. Before resetting your password, please answer your security question that was selected at the
time of registration. Enter your Mediacom ID and from the drop down menu, select the same
security question that you selected at the time of registration and provide your answer.
3. You may now enter a new password.
4. You should now be able to login with your new password.
