Technical characteristics

The TUX Tripod Turnstile is designed for pedestrian access control in secured sites. Its elegant design makes it especially adapted to office buildings. The co-ver can accommodate a reader (magnetic, bar code, contactless, biometric) and its associated display unit. The TUX tripod can also be used as a counting device.

If authorization is cleared, the mechanism makes a one third turn when pushed by the user. The end of rotation is dampened in order to prevent injury to the user. Each direction (entry or exit) can be free, controlled or barred.

• Cabinet and covers : AISI 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish using 220 grain • Case : AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 1.5 or 2 mm, with external brushed finish using 220 or 320 grain• Arm : Polished aluminium, diameter 40 mm• Internal components are corrosion protected• Fixed Pictograms : green arrow, red cross

With fixed arms : If power supply is cut, the mechanism is unlocked and rotation is free.

With arm drop option : The arm «drops» to allow free passage.
