Here’s what you need to know about the new process in order to ensure compliance. Suppliers can use the SABER System to apply to R-CABs for Products & Shipments certification, and R-CABs can use SABER to issue CoCs to suppliers. SABER, which is expected to be available for use sometime in February 2018, will also act as a database for Product & Product Shipment Certificates of Conformity.
