TUTTOVO operates in Italy since 1984.It is specialized in organic and gluten-free sauces and ice creams.

CERTIFICATIONS2 CE Stamps (milk and eggs - I/3OV), Bioagicert, AIC (Italian Coeliac Association) e VeganOk.

The company has 9 staff members and 2 apprentices. The annual business revenue is around 1.200.000 €.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:Glass packaged: 1.750.000 pieces per year (second line implementation by 09/2015)

THE STORY

The TUTTOVO was born in 1984, as a company dedicated to the development of egg products (semi-fi nished and egg-based products to food industry).

Innovative solutions represent the main goals of the company, both in manufacturing processes and packaging ones. The company was the fi rst one to use Bag in Box, Tetrapack and PET, to package fresh egg-based products, as well.It was one of the fi rst to get the EC Certifi cation for eggs, in 1990.TUTTOVO was awarded in 1991 with the Oscar for the most innovative product at the Cibus International Fair in Parma.

It obtained the “Eccellenza Artigiana” prize by Piedmont Region, both for gastronomy and Ice creams, in 2008.

Last but not the least, since 2010 TUTTOVO has gained the longed “Maestro del Gusto Award”, since 2010 till today, by Slow Food for its inimitable ice cream.

ORGANIC CHOICE TUTTOVO decided to convert its production in organic, because of its devotion and passion for natural and healthy food and to satisfy the growing demand by its customers for genuine recipes and authentic tastes.

Organic process is a global system of food resources management which is based on the interaction between the best environment policies, protection of natural resources and a strict respect of animal care. Organic production is controlled by the European Community with public rules in all of the member Countries. Only few of our articles are produced in a conventional way (because of impossibility in fi nding organic ingredients for their preparing), but always according to the highest quality and authenticity standards.
