Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs at the DeYoung Museum

August 13, 2009 For the first time in 30 years, the artifacts from the tomb of Tutankhamun return to deYoung Museum. August 13th, volunteers and friends of the Triton Museum of Art are invited to join us on a bus trip to visit the Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs Exhibition at the deYoung Museum in San Francisco. The trip is organized by the volunteer Committee of the Triton Museum, headed by Rosalie Wilson, President of the Board of Trustees. Bus seats are limited and will be filled on a first-call/first-filled basis. The bus will leave the Triton Museum at 9:30 a.m., with an anticipated arrival no later than 11:00 a.m. We will then have three hours to enjoy Tutankhamun and other exhibitions and lunch at the deYoung. The bus will depart the deYoung at 2:00 p.m. with an anticipated return of 4:00 p.m. Bus Fee: $50 DeYoung & Tutankhamun Admission: $24.00 (Group rate)
