Our Company Profile

Today, Gas-Arc Group is the largest manufacturer of gas control equipment in the UK.

Ranging from exacting speciality gas applications to standard gas control and welding

equipment, you will find our products in most industrial, laboratory and medical gas

control processes.

All Gas-Arc equipment is designed, manufactured and tested at our production facility

in Diss, England, under BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and the latest BS EN ISO

standards. It is our policy to invest in the latest CNC technology available, together with

a high degree of automation, skilled and experienced engineers, we are able to offer a

sustained standard of quality.

Our ability to introduce design changes quickly, and our active involvement with the

British Compressed Gases Association (BCGA), British Standards Institute (BSI) and TWI,

means that we are able to take advantage of the continual improvements being

generated, allowing all our customers to comply with the latest industrial, laboratory or

medical updates.

The service we provide includes significant technical support; in particular, help with

complex gas control installations, product behaviour and performance. We offer fast

delivery of customer specific gas control equipment to your location. Often one phone

call will resolve your problem and set in motion the delivery of a complete range of goods

to meet all your requirements.

Chem-Master products are the solutionto speciality gas and high purity gascontrol applications where precisionequipment is demanded by laboratory,research & development and analyticalfacilities or where aggressiveenvironmental conditions exist.

Manufactured from stainless steelChem-Master is designed for use withcorrosive and toxic gases and gasmixtures up to grade 6.0 (99.9999%)purity.

All products are clean room assembledand undergo 100% helium leak and function testing before being vacuum sealedto maintain purity. At Gas-Arc we ensure that all of our products aremanufactured in compliance with relevant British, European and Internationalstandards and codes of practice.

Available for high and low pressure gases requiring inlet pressures up to 300bar, Chem-Master products are offered in a wide range of outlet pressures andare available with most international cylinder inlet connections, such as BS, DIN,CGA & JIC… Regulators and manifolds can be specified with a range of purge

methods utilising either theprocess gas or a separate inertpurge gas.

All Gas-Arc products aredesigned, manufactured andtested at our productionfacility in Diss, U.K. by ourskilled local workforce.
