Christmas in Turkey is not widespread because most of the

population is Muslim, but gradually the streets of cities are being

decorated and including the Christian traditions. These families

make a special dinner on the 24th to celebrate the coming of

Jesus. They put on the table their best food. Turkish children

receive presents from Santa Claus on December 31st.
