Joaquin Turina made an outstanding contribution to Spanish piano repertoire, along with Falla, Albéniz, Granados and Mompou. This third volume of his piano music (previous volumes are available on Naxos 8.557438 and 8.557150) brings together works from two of the composer’s principal sources of inspiration: women and his native city of Seville.
