Youth Leadership For over 30 years, the Youth Leadership experience provides a formal leadership program each year to local high school juniors. Activities focus on personal development, leadership training, community involvement and local, state and federal government exploration. The program also exposes students to college universities as well as travel to state and county government agencies. Calendar Art Contest Conducted annually, this creative project invites Tulare County students to depict artistic scenes using local agriculture themes. Winners are honored and artwork is displayed in a calendar released annually during National Ag Week in March.
