Planting Procedures Pg. 8 • 1. Decorate your container. Make sure your

name is on it.• 2. Fill ½ of the container with potting soil.• 3. Using a pen or pencil, create 3 holes that are

about ¾ of an inch deep.• 4. Put one seed in each hole.• 5. Gently cover the holes with the soil. DO NOT

PACK DOWN THE SOIL.• 6. Add enough water to slightly dampen the

soil. DO NOT OVER WATER!!!
