Mission Statement The Tucson Prairie Dawgs are continually committed to promoting the game of baseball while creating a fun, friendly and safe environment for fans, sponsors and players to enjoy the game. This is done by hiring the best, most talented employees in minor league baseball and maintaining a solid foundation to continue conveying our standard of excellence to all individuals involved. General Policies Food Policy

In accordance with Southern League guidelines, fans are not allowed to enter Casino Del Sol Stadium with food, peanuts, beverages, or other containers such as book bags, picnic baskets, coolers, water bottles or ice chests. No bottles or cans of any kind are allowed. Casino Del Sol Stadium security reserves the right to inspect and confiscate any package or container coming into the ballpark. Purses and diaper bags are permitted but may be subject to a search.

General Policies Cont. Conduct Policy

While at Casino Del Sol Stadium we want everyone to have a great time when they come out to the ballpark. Fans using loud, obscene, or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct, and may be subject to ejection from the stadium if the conduct is deemed overly offensive. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into at Casino Del Sol Stadium. Fans observed breaking local laws are subject to ejection from the stadium and criminal prosecution. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from throwing objects onto the playing field. Fans doing so are subject to ejection from the ballpark.

General Policies Cont. Alcohol Management Policy

Arizona law provides that you must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Customers are required to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The Tucson Prairie Dawgs reserve the right to refuse service to any fan. If you find yourself in need of transportation service, please go to the Guest Services Center so that alternate transportation can be arranged. Alcohol sales will cease with the first pitch of the top of the eighth (8th) inning. Please drink responsibly.

General Policies Cont. Foul Ball Policy

Please be alert for foul balls and any other "debris" that may come into the seating area from the playing field. All fans are subject to the possibility of being hit by a flying object from the field. Please keep any foul ball you catch as a souvenir of your night at Casino Del Sol Stadium.

General Policies Cont. Camera & Video Policy

Fans are welcome to bring still and video cameras into Casino Del Sol Stadium. Fans are asked to not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures. By purchasing a ticket to any event Casino Del Sol Stadium, the ticket holder grants the Tucson Prairie Dawgs and Minor League Baseball permission to utilize holder's voice, image and likeness, in whole or in part, in any media whatsoever, in any Game or Game Event broadcast, transmission, reproduction, photograph, video and/or audio sound recording or in any Tucson Prairie Dawgs or MiLB advertisement or promotion.

General Policies Cont. Rainout Policy

If less than 4-1/2 innings of a game are played due to rain or suspension, return your ticket stub to the Tucson Prairie Dawgs box office and exchange it for a ticket of equal value for another 2017 regular season game. Tickets are subject to availability. Keep your ticket stub! Group outing tickets in the Pavilion , and Party Plaza areas are not exchangeable-please check with your group leader to see when your group outing will be re-scheduled. Refunds are not given for tickets.

Security Plan Emergency Personnel Certified athletic trainer on site for all games and practices. Team physician on site or on-call for games and practices. Other personnel may also include student athletic interns, coaches, event managers, equipment managers,

emergency medical technicians, and possibly, bystanders. Emergency Communication A fixed telephone line is located in the athletic training room and the coach's office inside the home team

clubhouse. Cellular phones may also be used by emergency personnel if available. Emergency Equipment AED in the home dugout as well as on the main concourse. Splint kit. Crutches. First-aid supplies. Biohazard waste container. Additional emergency equipment maintained in team clubhouse.
