Our ompanyTubular Solutions & Drilling Services (TSDS) is a Dubai registered LLC Company, a subsidiary ofMGT Group. TSDS was formerly known as Drilling Tools International LLC (DTI) in February 2004.

TSDS started in Providing Casing/Tubing Running Services and Supplying Drill Pipes, Heavy-weightDrill Pipes, Casing, Tubing to major Oil Companies & Drilling Contractors in UAE & Erbil, Iraq.

From 2008 TSDS persisted in Providing Tubular Running, Downhole and Fishing Tools & Services inErbil Kurdistan, Ukraine & Georgia.

To ensure that all Tools used in Offshore / Onshore Operations are to the highest standards and areprepared to be used effectively in all aspects of our Operations, TSDS has devoted time and money toupskilled our Personnel for Hard-facing/Welding, Jars/Shock Tool Redressing and Rig site Services.TSDS uses only Tools and Services which are certified and Worldwide accepted and will not at anystage jeopardize either ours or our Customers’ reputation by lowering our standards.

Health & Safety PolicyIn accordance with the health and safety at work, it is the prime objective of Tubular Solutions &DrillingServices to provide safe and healthy work place for all its Employees. To achieve this objective the Companydeveloped and maintained safe Systems of work through the implementation of the Health, Safety andEnvironmental System (HSE System). The System shall have adequate resources and made available toensure success.

It is the duty of all Employees to be aware of and to conform to the Company Policies, Procedures and WorkInstructions contained within the HSE System. To ensure that Personnel are able to accord theseresponsibilities, the Company shall provide the necessary training and information.

The Company emphasis on the prevention of all accidents which may result in injury to Personnel and damage toEquipments affecting both the well being of its Employees and the efficiency of its operations. All accidents andincidents shall be investigated and be followed up by Management to prevent recurrence.
