® Overview Westell’s Twin Variable Gain AWS Full Band Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) with an AISG connector is an ideal solution for optimizing LTE cell site performance by improving base station receiver sensitivity. With the TTMAV-AWS, operators will see fewer failed connection attempts, fewer context drops, expanded coverage area (critical for VoLTE), and increased uplink data throughput; all in a ultra-compact, highly-reliable, and cost-effective package that supports one full sector. To support all types of deployment environments, the gain of the TTMAV-AWS can be set in 1 dB increments from 3 dB to 13 dB using AISG 2.0. The AISG connector on the bottom of the unit allow operators to control RET antennas via a jumper cable from the TMA to the antenna, thus improving reliability and reducing cabling costs. Overview

Westell’s Twin Variable Gain AWS Full Band Tower Mounted Amplifier (TMA) with an AISG connector is an ideal solution for optimizing LTE cell site performance by improving base station receiver sensitivity.
