1. The return of capital portion of the distribution will impact an investors adjusted cost base in their investment, potentially increasing the capital gain an investor will realize upon disposition of their units.
2. The components of the 2017 distribution were a return of capital of 99.94% and a non-eligible dividend of 0.06%. For presentation purposes, the schedule above reports 100% of the distribution as a return of capital given that the non-
eligible dividend portion of the distribution is not material.
