    ...Welcome inside...

I wanted to name this product after the fastest animal on earth. The Cheetah came

to mind first, which was a decent name, I took a second to Google it to make sure

the Cheetah was officially the fastest animal, and it was...the fastest land animal.

The Peregrine Falcon is officially the fastest member of the animal kingdom. As

much as I wanted to use the real fastest animal to express how fast this system can

get you to success, T-shirt Cheetah still sounded a lot better than T-Shirt

Peregrine Falcon, so welcome inside... T-Shirt Cheetah!

Okay, let's keep this as simple as possible. Making money with Teespring can be

pretty easy – once you get the hang of it.

You can adopt any solid system and go at it full force and succeed. The problem is

for most, there are too many options. Too many “systems”. Too many “tricks”.

A lot of people just want a clear path directly to the big leagues. Good news, it

DOES exist! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I'm not going to just jump out

there and say THIS is it, but I am proud of what you are about to learn and I'm

pretty confident you'll experience great results.

I also think this product will make more people money than anything I've ever

released. This will be a different feel of a product, more of a challenge. A challenge

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    4/38

to everyone who invested in this course. And it's not a small challenge, it's big.

Everyone who purchased this course will be participating in this same challenge

creating an awesome energy of positivity and success.

I challenge you. The official start date of the challenge is tomorrow. No matter

when you purchased this, we start tomorrow. That is...if you accept?

I challenge you to earn $100k in the next two weeks with Teespring.

It's time to step up to the plate, make a huge goal and chase it down viciously.

Don't worry, I'm about to give you a clear set of instructions for you to implement

that will help you succeed in this challenge.

I'm going to hand you step by step instructions. All you need to do is follow my

advice and implement the system given to you today. If you're a previous customerof mine, some of this system will look familiar to you but this system full in it's

entirety is THE way to go. Forget everything you think you may know.

You have 14 days to earn $100k starting tomorrow. Note, once you've completed

this challenge you can continue using this particular system to succeed with

Teespring – but for now, let's only focus on this particular challenge that has beenissued to you.

    Ready for a journey?

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    5/38

    ...Preliminaries...

This first step might be the most important step. It is to fully commit to this

challenge, in all seriousness. Set your eyes on that $100k in two week goal.

Write, “I have less than two weeks to make $100k with Teespring”. In places you'll

see. Write it on your whiteboard, sticky notes, multiple places so you can see it at

all times. Before you begin implementing, be sure that you really can make $100kin two weeks(Because it really is possible).

When I say “be sure” I mean totally. Be 100% sure that this goal is attainable. Be

100% sure of yourself, that you can reach this goal.

Starting now, frequently repeat to yourself, either out loud or in your mind, “I haveless than two weeks to make $100k with Teespring”, every day, all day. Try to

actually put yourself in the mind of someone who needs exactly $100,000 in less

than two weeks. I'm not saying pretend you're John Q, but the number $100k

important to you and constantly remind yourself, “I have less than two weeks to

make $100k with Teespring.*I'm using “Teespring” as a synonym for selling T-shirts, so feel free

to change the word if you've moved on to any other platforms. At this time, I'm still rocking with

Teespring, so that's a natural habit.

You really need to put all doubt aside and actively replace those thoughts with ones

that will help push you toward this goal. This isn't a joke, no this is fact. People

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    6/38

who live by, “expect the worst” always get the short end of the stick, they get the

worst, while people who control their thoughts and hyperfocus on a positive

outcome, things work out for them. Of course, not everyone will make $100k in

two weeks, but if every person reading this tries their best to do this first step, we

will have a bunch of people falling short of that goal.

Everyone's collective energy toward this goal will breed a ton of success stories, in

my honest opinion, with many people falling short of the $100k goal but making

the most money they've every made in such a short amount of time.

I am pretty sure nobody who puts their all into this challenge will be upset if they

end uponly making $50k in 2 weeks. My goal is, whatever you make, for it to be

your personal record of money made in a two week period.

If you are currently already a t-shirt baller, making good money with Teespring,

please be my guest and raise the stakes! $150k....$200k....whatever, just set the barHIGHER than you consider “reasonable”.

I'm not here to preach spiritual or self improvement stuff, the bottom line is, for

the next two weeks over-deliver, shoot for a very big goal using this system and go

    all out.

    ...Getting started...

The 4 essential steps of Teespring success:

    1.Decide on an idea/niche for a t-shirt

    2.Get t-shirt designed

    3.Build great audience

4.Launch ads, make money & repeat

Starting tomorrow, your daily goal is to launch 10 new campaigns each day, which

will equal 140 campaigns in 14 days. Today, you want to get a head start by finding

10 ideas to launch tomorrow. You want to always have at least 10 ideas ready to go

for the next day, the day before. Hopefully you have time to commit totally to

finding ideas today, like an hour or so, as much as you can to give yourself a headstart on your list of ideas/niches.

If you don't usually work the weekend, try your best to work the next two

weekend, just so you can put your all into this challenge. For my peeps out there

who have a full-time job and a family and are saying, “are you nuts? No way I can

launch 10 a day!”, all I want you to do is follow this system andtry. If your job onlyallows you to do 2 a day, at least try to step it up a few. This system will help you

no matter if you have a job or not, so the main goal still is to launch 10 a day.

In theory, if you launch 10 new campaigns per day for two weeks and half of them

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    8/38

tip, earning around $1,500 you will have made $105,000 at the end of week 2. Of

course, that's just one scenario. You never knowwhat can actually happen orhow it

     will actually turn out.

Now, you don'thave to launch 10 new campaigns per day, but you should try your

hardest to move quickly and hit that 10 every day and ever strive for more. The

hands on training, skills and knowledge you will get from launching this many

campaigns per day for two weeks will be priceless. If you every wanted to push

your limits, here's the chance to step up to the plate!

This system will make it a lot easier for you to reach that 10 per day goal because

we will focus on the important stuff – Ideas, ad approach, testing, targeting.

Certain things will be left out of this course, only to lead you down a quicker path

to success. This system relies heavily upon a tool that most of you may already

have/use, and that is Audience Intersect. If you don't have it, go to www.audienceintersect.com and get it, it is sponsored by Teespring so there is no

cost, you just need to have a Teespring account to log in.

After you've made a serious commitment to this $100k in 2 week challenge, keep

that burning desire to reach the end goal inside of you but let's now focus on each

day and making the best out of each task!

Let's get into the T-Shirt Cheetah system!

    9/38

    Step 1:

    IDEAS & NICHES

Ideas and niches have a VERY close relationship in the Teespring world.

A niche is an audience. A group of people that have a mutual interest.

An idea is a t-shirt concept that states something about a niche.

Sometimes you will think of a niche to go after first, and then think of an idea.

Sometimes you'll think of a t-shirt idea first, and then think of a niche for it. And

sometimes you'll think of the niche and the idea at the same time.

    ~

Let's get right into building your grand list of niches and t-shirt ideas. Youneed to

start compiling so you can have a constant stream of ideas, enough to have the

ability to launch 10+ campaigns per day. As you find ideas, you want to get them

designed immediately but every idea you find should be added to your list so you

have a constant stream of ideas at hand.

People buy shirts because they are passionate about the topic of the shirt. They're

passionate about their loved ones, favorite football teams, favorite basketball player,

their kid who plays softball, life situations(example: single moms in college), jobs

& careers, hobbies, college majors, favorite movies, books or music, and anything

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    10/38

else that makes someone feel like they need your shirt toreinforce their passion for

    said topic.

You want your target audience's eyes to light up when they see your shirt on their

newsfeed and to do this you need to touch them in a way that brings out the,

“NEED” emotion instead of the “WANT” emotion. The easiest way to get this

emotion is to either describe their passion, personality, life situations or say

something that is extremely true and humorous about something they like.

People love to buy shirts that speak for them, like a way to tell the worldsomething about them without having to speak it. If you see a lady in public with a

shirt on that says,“I Crochet So I Don't Kill People”, you now know a lot about that

person, not only does she have a sense of humor and refrain from killing people,

she isextremelypassionate about crocheting! When people are passionate like that,

they will continue to buy more shirts, as long as you keep coming up with new

    concepts they relate to.

People love to buy shirts that make them say, “wow, that is SO me!”. They totally

identify with the concept of the shirt. The message. For example, if you analyze

yourself, you should be able to pick out 2 or 3 things you love to do. No matter

what those things are, you should be able to come up with a textual message that

you can turn into a t-shirt idea for that particular set of interests. It can be an ideabased off of just one thing you're interested in or a combination of 2 or more.

Look around and analyze yourself, your friends and family. What do you like?

What are you passionate about? What else? What does your mom like? What else

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    11/38

does she like? What about your dad, uncle, brother, sister, coworkers, friends,

enemies, etc? And where do they work? Don't just think on it, pull out a notebook

and start writing a list of all the things, these are all possible niches. There are so

many things people are interested in and it's so easy to turn those interests into

    multiple t-shirt ideas.

People love to buy shirts that state extremely true facts about their personality,

passion, hobby, career, etc. Mixing humor withblunt truth is always an easy sell.

This kind of concept turns, “wow, that is SO me”into“ wow, that is SO true”.

They say truth hurts, I say truth sells. Extremely true statements are a powerful way to bring out thatNEED emotion that leads to the sale.

    Reddit

You can find these truths by infiltrating a niche, getting into the inside,

understanding their terminology, spying on inner conversations about the niche,

spying on their social media accounts, researching jokes about the niche, etc. Oneof the best places to do this is  www.reddit.com.

To give you an example, a little while ago I did a ton of teacher/school related

shirts. It started with me going to reddit and searching for“teacher humor”,

“teacher jokes” and “teacher problems”.I spent about 20 minutes just reading

through different conversations. And the most important thing was, I had my ideaantenna up, like I ALWAYS do. You MUST always be on the lookout for anything

that can spark an idea in your mind. Keep your idea radar ON at all times!!

I came out of that 20 minute session with 15 shirt ideas based on random things I

    http://www.reddit.com/http://www.reddit.com/http://www.reddit.com/http://www.reddit.com/

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    12/38

found. Jokes, common issues/problems, inside jokes, niche-only terminology, etc.

On top of all of the ideas, I always learn a ton about the niche I'm focusing on at

the time by just reading through all these people's conversations who know a lot

more abouttheir passion than I do.

    Not So Boring Life

If you need some help brainstorming ideas for niches, try looking through a hobby

    list, such as this one:http://www.notsoboringlife.com/

Before you start going through these kind of lists, it's important to focus in andopen your mind to all the creative possibilities available, especially with Audience

Intersect, giving you the ability to merge two or more interests together to create

an entirely new concept/niche to advertise to.

Practice spotting a niche and immediately thinking of possible concepts you can

use to create a shirt. Until you get good at this, you'll usually just see a niche andgo directly into researching an idea for that particular niche. Regardless, this isn't

intended to be a super long, time consuming task but besides building an audience,

this ranks #2 in tasks you want to put the most time and effort into for this system

to work well. This system is not one that relies on using cookie-cutter ideas from

Teescover so you will have to spend a bit more time on concepts.

Once you decide on a niche, you want to look for a concept that is tailored for that

niche, unless you think you've found a niche that hasn't been pummeled to death

by Teespringers, only then should you choose to use a “cookie cutter” concept like

the Crochet example I gave earlier. If you come across a particular niche that you

haven't seen all over the place, then it's fine to use a “used concept” because it's less

chance your audience will have seen the concept over and over. If you're a beginner,

your judgement on this might not be accurate enough, so if in doubt, just go for

    more of a “tailored concept”.

     Websta & MemeCenter

Tailored concepts are ideas that you get directly from the people of your niche.

Inside jokes, quotes, problems, common occurances, etc they can identify with. I've

learned a lot about a ton of random hobbies and jobs just by taking a few minutes

to get on the inside and get my ideas directly from them. Once you decide on aparticular niche, you can use websites like  www.websta.me to find posts by the

people of your niche to get ideas from. Use the hashtag search to find posts,

common search terms I use are:“nicheHUMOR”, “nichePROBLEMS”, and

“nicheLIFE” -Of course, replacing “niche” with keywords related to whatever

    niche I'm on.

You'll find tons ofquotes, jokes, and memes that you can easily turn into t-shirt

concepts and these will usually be concepts that haven't been used yet(or very

much) which increases the chance you're concept will be a big seller. Websta is

hands down one of my favorite places to get tailored concepts from because these

ideas are coming directly from THE people who are passionate about the niche. It

is pics, quotes, jokes and memes that THEY put up on their Instagram.

You can do pretty much the same thing at  www.memecenter.com, search for your

niche, check out all the memes and formulate a concept. Forget that notion that

you have to get your t-shirt ideas from other t-shirts. That is NOT the case! Ideas

can come from a ton of different ways. From a shirt, a picture, a video, a meme, a

bumper sticker, a sentence from reddit, a comment from Facebook, a tweet from

Twitter – it goes on and on.

    Facebook

I get many ideas for niches and t shirt ideas from Facebook itself. Two majors

ways; one, by paying close attention to everyone's comments when looking at

fanpages and two, by paying attention toother pages people 'like' while building

your audiences for your shirts, especially while doing step#3. Notice what other

things people you study, LIKE on Facebook and look for common occurances. This is all part of being aware at all times.

    ~

Niches and ideas are everywhere! As I said, always keep your “idea antenna” all the

way up and always pay attention to even the smallest “things” you come across thatcould possibly be turned into a t-shirt. First, look close to you. Your self, your

    friends and family, etc.

Continue to useReddit, NotSoBoringLife, Websta, MemeCenter and Facebook

itself to your advantage while building your niche and shirt idea list. Don't

overthink the creation of an idea, if the idea enters your mind via a thought, writeit down on your list to be tested. The idea is to test virtually every idea that you

come across because you never know what will work until you let the data tell you

    the story.

    Step #2

    Design

This is the simplest step. Stick with strictly all-text designs for this challenge. This

will help you move a lot faster and put up more designs. And at the end of the day,

the message is the most important thing. You want the design to look good, of

course, but the message is whatreally counts.

It's impossible for me to know out of everyone who will be reading this who has a

designer already and who doesn't. Having a designer on hand is very important,

even if you have photoshop and can do some designs yourself.

If you do not have a designer, I'm not sure if you saw or paid attention or not by I

am running an extremely special and limited time offer sponsored by my awesomedesign team,BAMtees that is by far the most cost effective design resource

available with the fastest turnaround at this special rate.  The limited OTO package

is $127 for a package of 20 text-based designs, which works out to be $6.35 per

design. Unbeatable. And very limited. This offer is for T-Shirt Cheetah customers

ONLY and slots ARE limited, so if you're interested, make sure you claim your

    slot!

Now that you know how to get your text-only designs done FAST, let's talk about

    building your audiences.

    Step #3

    Building your audience correctly

Now you know how to pick good niches and ideas and how to get your designs

done fast. Now, once you have a list of niches and ideas growing and you have

shirts designed, it's time for the most important aspect of making money,

    targeting.

There are many ways to go about building targeted audiences. Again, for a lot of

people this can be more of a problem than a good thing. So many options can lead

    to a feeling ofstuck.

For this 2 week challenge let's just stick with 2 ways to build your audiences.

1.“Audience King” method2.“Similar Sites” tool inside RyMac's TargetEase.

    “Audience King” method

This has proven itself over and over for me as one of the best ways to build a solid,

    targeted audience for any niche.

First, you take the niche that you are promoting to and try to find other successful

Teespring campaigns in the same niche. Just use  www.teescover.com and

www.teespring.com(not discover, but just the search bar) and type in variations of

your niche keyword to try to find campaigns within the niche. Google the

    http://www.teescover.com/http://www.teescover.com/http://www.teespring.com/http://www.teescover.com/http://www.teespring.com/

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    17/38

Teespring URL of every successful campaign you find in your niche, looking for a

link to the fanpages in which the campaigns were originally posted.

You will find the fanpage a lot of the time directly in the search results. Other

times, you might see a link to a different Facebook page, usually someone's

personal profile who shared the link to their wall – you can still find the original

fanpage by clicking on any of these FB links in the search results and finding the

status that person shared and checking out the actual page they shared the post

from. Most of the time this will be the original fanpage.

When you find these fanpages in your niche, go through them and find the posts

where they are promoting that/any t-shirt. Make sure you pick posts with a lot of

engagement. Go through the comments and the shares of these posts and look for

people who's comment clearly shows that they're SUPER passionate. Anyone who

says that they love it, need it, want to buy it, bought it or if you see a bunch of

OMG's or this is SO me's or LMAO that's so true's – all of them qualify as superpassionate.

The goal here is to find SUPER PASSIONATE people. The more passionate the

better. 99% of the time, these are the people who will have 1,000+ likes on their list

of liked fanpages – you WANT these people. You will usually find MANY great

interests from just one of these kinds of people. 2 or 3 of the passionate people willusually give you more than enough interests to work with.

This step is the most essential. The more time you spend here, the better quality

your audience will be and the more interests you will have to test and scale with. I

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    18/38

understand the following task is time consuming, and that is fine, who cares. It is

110% worth it, if it wasn't I wouldn't suggest it. Spend as much time as you can on

this because this is targeting, the most important part of making money. Open

each super passionate person's profile in a new tab and get right down to the

“Audience King” style of building targeting audiences via THE ACTUAL

    PEOPLE of the niche.

I'm pretty sure most people had the graph search “post” update. This took away the

ability to use the graph search but you can just scroll down on each person's page

    and you'll find theirLIKES box.

Click on likes and you'll be taken to a list of fanpages this person likes. Again, with

the change in the graph search, the page where they show you their liked fanpage

has changed, now you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. So if

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    19/38

you're on windows, hold down 'End' or 'Page down' until you get to the bottom of

their list of liked pages. Then, press CTRL+F to search for keywords related to the

niche at hand, sift through the list and take down all of the pages you find.

This is a bit off track but I felt it was important to mention. The screenshot above

came from me seeing this campaign being retargeted on my newsfeed. I did the

    steps above and found this lady above who has liked a TON of pages- .Point #1;

she is SUPER passionate about God, no doubt. I found a ton of awesome interests

in the Christian niche by going through her personal fanpage list. When you find

these people averaging 1,000 fanpages liked, you will find that they like not justone fanpage about their passion but MANY, MANY pages. I call these passion

    interests.Point #2; here's another game of awareness, I noticed a very frequent

occurance of Dachshund pages that she likes as well while going through her list.

There's even 3 dachshund pages right on the “6-pack” of fanpages in herLIKES

box. There was one more niche I saw her liking over and over – so I quickly found

out 3 things this lady loves. I could easily make a seperate shirt concept for each ofthese 3 passions, or mix two of them together or mix all of together to create a new

    concept.

The lady above had 2,000 likes which is like the maximum I've ever done, and

although it is a time consuming task(including holding 'End', it took me about 15

mins to complete the one Christian example above), it is worth it a million times overand over. For anyone who hasn't seen this video from my Audience King course,

here is a live walk-through video of this step(graph search is used in this video, now

you can just click their LIKES box).

Unlike getting your interests from elsewhere, this technique stands strong as one of

the best because whenever you get on a niche, you go directly to the people who

are die-hard, passionate fans and build your audience off of their knowledge. You

can speculate what these people might like all day, but this isn't speculation, you go

directly to the source to get the truth.

Every time you're ready to launch a shirt, this should be your first step in building

your audience. Write down any and all pages you find related to the niche at hand,

if you're using the computer, it'll be good to format all the interests you find in a

notepad like this, “Int1,Int2,Int3,Int4,Int5” that way when you're done you cansimply copy all of your new possible passion interests into Audience Insights to see

what all interests actually come up as available to use.

Once you've got your official list of interests derived from the Audience King

method(you shouldalways have at least 10 solid interests confirmed), sit that list

aside for a second and let's grab a few more interests via RyMac's TargetEaseSimilar Sites section. These are the second best interests you can find.

    Similar Sites | TargetEase

I'm sure most of the people reading this have Ryan McKinney's TargetEase by

now. If not, you should get it as it's one of the really good tools out there. You can

find it athttp://targetease.co/letter. That's a direct link to the page.

TargetEase is a great targeting tool. For this particular system, we'll just use one

little piece of TargetEase, the last tab,Similar Sites. This is where I spend most of

my time with TargetEase. Website interests are always very good. They are a bit

    http://targetease.co/letterhttp://targetease.co/letterhttp://targetease.co/letter

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    21/38

tougher to find but when you do find them, it's easily worth it. Before TargetEase,

I would just use Google to find a bunch of websites but with it, everything gets

    done a lot faster.

Most people who use TargetEase spends majority of their time on the FB explorer,

but that is pretty much replaced by the Audience King method of building

intereests. When people do use the Similar Sites tab in TargetEase, most of them

don't spend much time their, calling it quits too soon.

I've only included two different targeting techniques for you to rely on here forthis challenge so you can focus. There are LOTS of ways to target and build your

audience, but stick to just these two for the next 2 weeks, that way you can put all

your time and energy into 2 essential targeting techniques that are proven to work.

When using the Similar Sites tool in TargetEase, you insert a website into the

search box that is related to the niche at hand, and it will return websites that are well, similar. The results come back “FB interest ready” so you can just copy and

paste the results into Audience Insights and see which ones they allow you to use

as interests. For example, I can put in  www.fishusa.com in the search box and it

will return a number of websites that are related. Most people will just grab these

results and move on without actually digging deeper to find as many websites as

    possible.

So, simply Google your niches keyword and choose one of the top websites to start

with. Take that website over to TargetEase and stick it in the Similar Sites tab.

    http://www.fishusa.com/http://www.fishusa.com/http://www.fishusa.com/

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    22/38

Copy the results over to a notepad and then start taking each website and sticking

it back into the Similar Sites search, one by one. Since the results are “FB interest

ready” you will need to add the “.” in between thedomain name and thecom. For

example, if FishUSA.com returned 10 websites, I would copy those 10 website

over to a notepad. That is level 1. Then, I clear the old results and now search for

website 1 of 10, grab those results and add it to the results I have on the notepad –

then I clear results and search for website 2 of 10, grab those results and add it. Of

course this continues up until I've searched all 10 websites that came up originally.

At the end, your list of websites compared to everyone else's list of websites whenthey do this will be HUGE and you will be able to find way more websites that are

actually confirmed FB interests than anyone else. And again, website interests are

some of THE BEST interests that actually convert into buyers and almost always

pulls in passionate people who engage with your ad.

Once you've gone through and actually re-searched every search result you getfrom your original site search, take all the confirmed interests that you get and add

it to the interest list you've got from Audience King method.

    Step #4

    Launching ads w/ Audience Intersect

This is it! Time to launch ads and when ads are launched, traffic comes in and

when your traffic is SOLID, money is made. We've only discussed the most

important steps needed to get straight to success during your journey, Audience

Intersect is no different. There are many, many ways you can use Audience

Intersect but this isn't an Audience Intersect A-Z walk-through because you don'tneed to know everything about Audience Intersect before you start making good

money, you just need to know thetruly important stuff that helps you move swiftly.

One of the most important basic requirements after launching any ad is to set up

your retargeting. For my newer folks reading this, it's easy. No need for me to

explain it here, you can watch Teespring's video on retargeting here. Once yourpixel is set, all you have to do is create a custom audience every time you launch a

     Teespring campaign.

One of the next most important basic requirements while launching any ad is to

include a URL tag to your ad, so you can see how the ad is performing, sales wise

in Teesprings analytics. EVERY ad you launch should be set up with a different TAG so you recognize it in analytics and cut off any ads that aren't bringing in

    sales.

If you still don't have Audience Intersect by now, go sign up now!

The real way to use Audience Intersect is to reinforce two key areas of any

audience;passionand likeliness to buy. You want to use Audience Intersect to

extract everyone from your audience who isn'tlikely to buyor at leasttrulypassionate about the niche at hand. The goal is to chop your audience down until

the only people who remain are people who are buyers and/or evidently super

    passionate.

Passion interests are all the confirmed interests you have down fromstep #3.

These are the core and if you stick with step #3, you've got the best passion

interests. The first part of this ad approach is adding at least 2 different passion

interests with eachother using Audience Intersect. Example:

    New York Police Department

    {AND}

    Officer Down Memorial Page

Likeliness to buyinterests are all based off the main buyer interest, Online

    Shopping.

There are a bunch of interests that can be found off of the main Online Shopping

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    25/38

interest(via Audience Insights).I've suggested this before but if you haven't stuck

“Online Shopping” into Audience insights and took down all the pages that comes

back for both men and women, take the time to get that done.

Online Shopping is the Grand Daddy, the main and largest buyer interest and just

using that can work well for many campaigns. But, you still need to have that list

handy for when you have campaigns that are clear BIG hitters and you need to

scale as high as you can, these will come into play.

Similar to the TargetEase Similar Sites method in how you keep re-searching forthe websites you get back, it is very smart to do the same thing with Online

Shopping and Audience Insights. This is another time consuming task that most

people won't do, and the real money hides in those tasks.

When you put in Online Shopping in Audience insights, you'll get a list of pages

for men and a seperate list for women. Once you've taken all those down in anotepad file, or whatever you like to use, start cycling all of those pages back to

Audience Insights one by one and adding in all of the new pages you find.

For now, to start each campaign, just useOnline Shopping for your buyer interest

and whenever you get one of those BIG campaigns and you are scaling up, you can

start testing these other buyer related interests.

The ad approach so far would be:

    New York Police Department

    {AND}

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    26/38

    Officer Down Memorial Page

    {AND}

    Online Shopping

This is3 layer targeting, two passion interests and one buyer interest. You simply

take 2 interests from your grand interest list and merge them together as an AND

intersect and then add Online Shopping as the 3rd intersected interest. At this

point, your audience size should have decreased by a good amount. Sometimes you

will have to stop right here because your audience size might be too close to the

minimum to continue with4 layer targeting.

If your audience size is close to the minimum of around 10k, stop right here and

launch the ad as is and then move on, picking out one or two more interests from

the grand list. You can pick one and keep switching one interest out. Going with

the above example, I could simple switch out New York Police Department with a

    different city:Sacramento Police Department

    {AND}

    Officer Down Memorial Page

    {AND}

    Online Shopping

     And I could continue going:

    Houston Police Department

    {AND}

    Officer Down Memorial Page

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    27/38

    {AND}

    Online Shopping

And when I get to the end, I'd switch out Officer Down Memorial Page with a

different passion interest and start over. Here's another example:

    fishusa

    {AND}

    i love fishing

    {AND}

    Online Shopping

Then, since I already have a grand list of solid confirmed interests, I can just pick

out the bunch and group them together one by one. If you have 15 interests, that

     would beInt1 + Int2 + Online Shopping …Int1 + Int3 + OS…Int1 + Int4 + OS

…Int1 + Int5 + OSall the way up. I hope this is a clear explanation and you see it

how I see it when I explain it.

You DON'T have to launch all of these ads at once, you can launch them gradually

or you can put them up at once or you can do a few at a time, it's all up to you. I

personally put them all up at once and moniter(my asst moniters) all of my ads

    from there.

The 4th layer, what I call the emotion layer is another very powerful piece of the

puzzle and it is a must if by the 3rd layer you still have a nice sized audience, always

ad this interest as the 4th layer in your Audience Intersect bundle ads:

    Happiness

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    28/38

It took me a while for this lightbulb to go off in my head but when I started

implementing the Interest, Happiness as my 4th layer whenever my audience was

big enough, the results were crystal clear – Engagements boosted, CTR boosted

and more importantly, sales boosted. I was capturing an even betterchunk of my

intended audience. A lot of testing went into confirming the power of this interest

when grouped with 2 passion interests and a buyer interest –happiness is an

    essential interest.

So now my original example becomes:New York Police Department

    {AND}

    Officer Down Memorial Page

    {AND}

    Online Shopping

    {AND}Happiness

Without happiness the audience size for that example at this time is, 54k. With

Happiness the audience size went down to, 46k. It's important that those people

exited that audience. When I am able to complete this 4 layer targeting on each of

my ads, that's what I call adream audience.

A dream audience is an ad with an audience that isextremely passionate and likely

to buy! This combination finds those people out of any audience and hands them

to you, so you know you've done as good as you can do, you can let go of the

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    29/38

attachment to these ads and easily cut ads immediately if they show any sign of

     weakness or mediocrity.

We are tough on our ads. We don't accept mediocre ads at all. I usually teach that

6% CTR is the lowest you should accept. I still believe in this today, but as I

continue to gain experience, 6% is still actually pretty low and I always end up

turning those ads off as most of the time the return doesn't end up being there. I

want more than 6 out of 100 people to stopped and acknowledge my ad. If not

higher, I feel like something is not right. I like seeing HIGH CTRs and following

this system I may just be getting spoiled.

During this 2 week stretch, I don't want you to accept mediocre. Only accept ads

that are good - great and instanly cut off any mediocre ads. You should never

spend more than $1.00 on a mediocre ad.

A mediocre ad is when you've reached 100 – 200 people and your CTR is between0.00% - 7.00%. Anything below 7% CTR gets cut immediately, never spend any

more than a few cents on those because when you find the combinations thatwork,

you will KNOW it and THOSE are the ads you want to focus on, those are the

essential ads. But you have to go through this to find them.

At 100 – 200 reach, ads that are between 7% - 10% should be watched with a closeeye, anything above 10% is great. 9% is good too, but you want that to be rising not

    plummeting as you gain reach.

By the time your ad has been served to 500 people, you should have a clear cut it

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    30/38

or keep it mentality. If it is mediocre, cut it, if it still looks good show it some love

by increasing it's budget a few dollars.

Which brings me to a good point to discuss your budget. You will typically launch

a lot of ads doing this technique, that is OK, even if you don't have a big budget

that is fine! Just trust the system. Every single ad variation you launch should start

with a$5 per day budget. Just $5!!! No more, no less.

This is a sweet spot for Facebook to serve your ad perfectly, so you do not burn

through your budget and you have TOTAL control over your money. Your ads willstill get data back at the same speed that it would if you had a $20 per day budget,

you should start seeing your first number within 45 minutes to an hour and a half.

But at a $5 per day budget, everything is spread out and paced perfectly for you to

test a lot of variations with Audience Intersect. So you'll get data back fast but your

budget will spread out more stable instead of sporadically.

So for each t-shirt you launch you are launching several ads that consists of

Passion Interest + Passion Interest + Online Shopping + Happiness. Each of these

ad variations will battle it out, and you will show no mercy to any of these ads that

show mediocrity. Once your ad has been shown to 100 – 200 people, you need to

cut any mediocre ads off before they even get a chance to waste any of your money.

The whole idea of just putting up an ad and letting it spend $20 before you decide

if it's a winner or not is totally not the way to go, especially with the use of

Audience Intersect and the 3 – 4 layer targeting. You will know what ad variations

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    31/38

won't work, you will know what ad variaions will work and you will know if the t-

shirt has a good chance of being successful MUCH earlier than $20 spent.

If you launch 10 shirts every day for two weeks you will have put up 140 shirts and

that many shirts strictly following this system will bring about great results in most

cases, which is why I really want you to aim for 10 per day.

The majority of your time is spent on ideas and targeting, but the only reason you

spend a lot of time on ideas is because instead of piggy backing directly off of

other Teespring marketers, you're going directly to the source and getting ideasdirectly from the people that are passionate about the niche you're on. That is what

takes the time, but do not hesitate on actually giving ideas the OK to test, that

should be fast. Spend the time to go to the source for ideas but when you do come

across those ideas, as soon as you think of them, say YES to the idea! Test the idea

because you might get an idea and say, “no, that sucks” and then later see that same

idea on Teescover with 1,000 sales. This happened to me a lot until I startedtesting every idea that found it's way into my path.

Trying to get 10SHIRTS up per day is the priority, so launch shirt idea #1 along

with just ONE 3 or 4 layer ad to begin with. Then, launch shirt idea #2 along with

just ONE 3 or 4 layer ad. And shirt idea #3 and so on. Once you've gotten all

shirts up, then you can start adding more Audience Intersect ads to eachcampaign.

Okay, so let's say you are starting from scratch, nothing. No ideas, no niches. If you

are going to start this 2 week challenge tomorrow, you want to find at least 10

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    32/38

ideas today. The day before you start, you want to have at least 10 ideas ready to go

so you can get right down to business. As I said, you should say YES to the ideas

that you come across instead of being a skeptic, let the data tell you if the shirt is a

good idea or not. Following this method, you will never have to spend any more

than a couple bucks on an idea that doesn't work out.

So instead of being more timid, launching fewer shirts, holding back ideas, and

putting $20 on each shirt you launch. Launch more shirts, let the ideas flow

quickly from thought to design to ads and put $5 on each ad, start with just one

combination of2 passion interests, Online Shopping and Happiness* if yourbudget is tight.

I throw all of the ads up for each of my shirt ideas at once because I get data back

faster and I have the budget to do so, and it is always worth it – do so if you can

but you don't have to if you don't have the budget, I have students following this

system that started out with just $50 - $100. Having a decent budget is helpful toget started but it isn't totally necessary.

Even with a big budget, it is important to start out each of your ads at a $5 daily

budget for everything to run as smooth as possible. Be ruthless in cutting mediocre

ads, refrain from “wishful thinking” and reward the ads that show good stats by

upping the budget a few dollars. It's also important to start upping your dailybudget slowly in the beginning. DO NOT just go from $5 daily budget to $100 if

you see a campaign looking awesome with high CTRs and low CPCs, be patient

and go from $5 to $9 and let that go for a few hours and then go from $9 to $15,

and then if everything is still sweet, from $15 to $24. I refrain from DOUBLING

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    33/38

my budget, I see a lot of people preach the opposite but this has always worked

best for me, I don't start doubling until I've crawled up to $50 daily budget.

     The System Summary:

Start building your niche/idea list, starting with at least 10 ideas to launch

tomorrow viaawareness of yourself and people you associate with, websta.me,

    memecenter.com, reddit.com, and notsoboringlife.com.

Start turning in all your ideas to yourdesigner andtell them to step on it!

(With the design special service I mentioned earlier, you get designs back AS they

get completed and our turnaround time is kickass, so...something to think about.)Set aside allotted focus-time to build audiences for today's shirts using step

#3, Audience King method and TargetEase's Similar Sites. Gather grand list

    of the best interests(10 – 20 confirmed).

    Launch ads using 3 or 4 layer targeting(Passion Int1 + Passion Int2 + Online

Buyers + Happiness) with Audience Intersect. Test all the awesome interests

found during step#3. Moniter ads. Cut mediocre ads immediately. Look forthose ads that look good out the gate and treat them well by crawling their

budget early on to maintain a stable CTR and CPC. You WILL find

campaigns that are monster sellers if you follow this technique to the tee,

and when you do find those campaigns that are the perfect mixture of

concept, design and targeting, milk that concept for all it's worth!!!Relaunch

multiple times, exhaust your entire grand interest list and then continuelooking for more interests for re-launching.

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    34/38

    Relaunching Campaigns

When you do find those campaigns that tip and sell a good amount of shirts,

bringing you a good return you should always re-launch the campaign again, so

you can finish scaling with your original data and then continue exploring new

    intersect combinations.

If I never would have relaunched any of my campaigns, by now I'd have easily left

5 figures on the table. I knew not to make that mistake. When I got a shirt that

was really killing it, I milked that crap out of it. Again, most of my shirts were

really tailored toward each specific niche, so it is harder to scale up by relaunching

to different niches, but when these tailored concepts work, it's way easier to scale

up by simply finding new interests to launch as 3 or 4 layer targeting set with

     Audience Intersect.

Sometimes you'll have a concept that came directly from a particular niche that

still can be changed by switching a word to reflect a different niche, attack that

angle when/if that happens but the majority of your relaunches will be to the same

audience, different audiences via more interests and your retargeting audience.

Only a small amount of my students know how I personally relaunch, and it's just

one small tweak that is different than most people.

Right before your winning campaign is about to end, edit it the following copy to

     your Teespring page:

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    35/38

    SOLD OUT!

Sorry, this campaign ended on DATE HERE! Shirts went into production

and shipped out to everyone who ordered! Did you miss out?

Click, “Wait, I still want one” below to vote to bring this shirt back and

reserve your now! You won't be charged until we get enough reservations to

re-open this campaign! Don't miss out again! Reserve yours below, now!

Keep your ads up. Your reservations will fill up fast sending this traffic to the

closed down page. This works for a number of reasons. I only know 2 people for

sure who took my advice on this and tried it for longer than 20 minutes and they

now swear by the same technique.

When you have people reach the page with the sold out message you improve your

social proof, trust and you make them want it more. They gain trust in you and

Teespring, seeing that people are actually getting their shirts. Social proof is solid

because the first campaign sold out.

They want it more because they missed out on the campaign and when they

realize all this stuff, their guard goes down a bit – the numbers prove it for me, it is

easier to rack up reservations early on if you send them to the closed down page.

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    36/38

Once your reservations rack up and the campaign relaunches, just change out the

copy to the normal copy that I teach. I haven't discussed this here yet, guess this is

a good time to anyone who's new to me the copy I use, for you guys that have been

with me and know this stuff, there is one small change that has been made that

     you might want to consider.

Here is the basic copy I use for every single campaign:

tested rigorously and this is real-time the exact copy approach that brings me

    consistently high conversions.

Final Thoughts Audience Intersect is extremely powerful. It was mainly thought of to merge two

different niches together to create a new concept like people who like Fishing

AND The Cleveland Browns, which IS a powerful way to use it, however, using it

the way the system describes above, you can speed up success 10X just by

  • 8/19/2019 Tshirt Cheetah

    38/38

launching only top notch ads for each of your ideas. These super-powered “dream

audiences” give you a clear picture. If you see terrible results, then something isn't

right with either your concept or your design.

Doing things this way, you know that the targeting is the problem, so that cuts

down on a lot of things to worry about. Targeting IS most important and this

system guarantees you're grabbing THE most passionate and targeted people from

your audience every time you launch a shirt. When you're sure you have the most

passionate, targeted audience you can get with your list of interests, you can CUT

ads FASTER and you will find WINNERS much faster this way!

This is a very simple system, a lot simpler than it seems when describing it in 40

pages but I just really want to make sure I did my best to explain it in every detail

so everyone understood. So, anything I repeated more than once, is important,

that's the only reason I would reiterate something over and over.

Simply focus on the 4 essential steps we discussed today, do them exactly how I
