WHERE FACILITIESThe administrative and operating offices are located in Rovello Porro, 30 Km from Milan and 20 Km from Como, with easy access to airports, highways and seaports. Trust and its sister company, FIRSA Valves, are only a few kilometers far.

Trust Valves manages its own stock of valves with a 1.500 sqm warehouse and conducts operations independently such as: small machining, non such destructive testing (NDT), standard and special packaging.FIRSA plant consists of more than 7.000 sqm including offices, workshop and warehouse.

MISSION DESIGNEven knowledge, skill, caution and written procedures can not permanently guarantee safe operation during production or maintenance. At times, human failure even defeats the most advanced electronic safety measures.Alcatraz Interlocks designs, manufactures and installs interlocking systems to prevent potentially hazardous situations caused by errors in the operating sequence of industrial processes.

The patented Alcatraz key and lock portion are designed so that assembly is possible without any adjustment or machining. Assembly can be done in our workshop or at the premises of a local agent. As an option a special emergency kit is available to adjust or extend your safety system on site.

LOCKSAlcatraz Interlocks designs, manufactures and installs interlocking systems to prevent potentially hazardous situations caused by errors in the operating sequence of industrial processes.

DESIGN STORAGE FUELLINGALCATRAZ INTERLOCKS have proven themselves in both industrial gas storage tanks from 180 litres up to 500,000 litres as well as in large LNG tank farms - where they function perfectly even under extreme conditions. To cater for the increasing demand for LNG and to equip LNG import terminals and bunker stations, ALCATRAZ INTERLOCKS provides a complete range of certified LNG Interlocks (Small-Scale-LNG).

LNG is a cheap and environmentally friendly fuel for ships. Because of this, the countries in the Baltic region have jointly decided to minimise pollution on one of the world's most beautiful areas and to promote the use of LNG. ALCATRAZ INTERLOCKS can supply the entire range of Fire-Safe Interlocks for marine installations.

PROCESSINGLNG plants have larger storage capacities than plants for industrial gases and therefore require larger Interlocks. ALCATRAZ INTERLOCKS supplies high quality Interlocks These are specially suitable for flow regulation and safety procedures in process applications.

PAINTING MARKINGHaving a partnership with a reliable paint shop enables Trust to o�er the full package of valves including blasting and coating for any size and application.For every coating, a paint report is issued detailing the processes carried out and products used even with a pull-o� test. Each painted product is wrapped and carefully packed to ensure delivery in pristine condition.

Identifying each valve on �eld is essential for end users and engineering companies. Without any extra, Trust can add to each valve a stainless steel nameplate indicating the exact wording, code or tag required.

MACHINING STOCKTo comply customers requirements, Trust can modify all valves on stock: �anged or welded connections can be turned as per your speci�c requirements.Upon request Trust can �t out any valve with standard or special locking devices also by welding.

On our stock you can �nd gate, globe, check and butter�y valves ranging from 1/4'' up to 24''.Our stock includes OMB, Newco Cameron and Firsa products.Investing in such a wide inventory makes us excel in service performance and prompty answer and urgent need of our customers.We're committed to increase our stock periodically to meet the ever greater demand of ready material.
