5. UsetheCommunicationServicesinconnectionwithsurveys,contests,pyramidschemes,chainletters,junke-mail,spammingoranyduplicativeorunsolicitedmessages,commercialorotherwise;

6. Advertiseoroffertosellorbuyanygoodsorservicesthroughactsofdeception,misrepresentation,fraud,orthroughthenondisclosureorwithholdingofmaterialinformationrelatedtotheoffered,soldorpurchasedgoodsorservices;

7. DownloadanyfilepostedbyanotheruseroftheSocialSitethatyouknow,orreasonablyshouldknow,cannotbelegallyreproduced,displayed,performed,and/ordistributedinsuchmanner;

8. Harvestorotherwisecollectinformationaboutothers,includinge-mailaddressesandphonenumberswithoutclearlydisclosingthatitisYou,theaffiliate,whoiscollectingthesaidinformationandnottheTrulyRichCluborBro.BoSanchez.

9. Createafalseidentityforthepurposeofmisleadingothers.TheTRChasnoobligationtomonitortheSocialSitesormaterialpostedon,listedonorotherwisedisseminatedthroughthesame.TRC,however,reservestherighttoreviewmaterialspostedontheSocialSitesandtoremoveanyandallmaterialappearingontheSocialSiteswhichweconsider,onoursolediscretion,asinappropriate.TRCreservestherighttoterminateyouraccesstoanyoralloftheSocialSitesandaccountatanytimewithoutnotice,foranyreasonwhatsoever.TRCdoesnotcontrolorendorsethecontent,postings,listings,messagesorinformationfoundintheSocialSitesand,therefore,TRCspecificallydisclaimsanyliabilitywithregardtotheSocialSitesand/orwithregardtotheservicesand/orContentandanyactionresultingfromyourparticipationinanyoftheservicesand/orcontentsofferedtherein.

BENEFITSOFBECOMINGANAFFILIATE:OnceanAffiliateAgreementhasbeenaccepted,thebenefitsoftheCommissionPlanandtheAffiliateAgreementareavailabletothenewAffiliate.Thesebenefitsincludetherightto:

1. PromoteandsellTrulyRichClubMembershipsAqualifiedaffiliatecanpromotethedifferentlevelsofmembershipoftheTrulyRichClubsuchasSuperGold,GoldPlus,DiamondandPlatinum.

2. PromoteandsellotherClubsofBro.BoSanchezwhicharethefollowing:a. OneTrueLoveClubb. 52HealingHabitsClubc. GodWhispersClubd. FamilyRebornClube. SuccessSpeakersClub

3. ParticipateintheTrulyRichClubCommissionPlanGOLDANDSUPERGOLD=Level1:20%Level2:5%DIAMOND=Level1:10%Level2:1%PLATINUM=Level1:8%Level2:1%AffiliatesmustearnaminimumofP5,000ormorebeforetheiraccountiseligibleforpayment.Commissionswillbedepositedontheirgivenbankaccountssomakesurethatyouhaveupdatedthebankaccountdetailsinyourprofilepage.CommissionamountsearnedforlessthanP5,000willremainpendinguntilP5,000minimumbalancehasbeenearned.Amembershouldhaveanactivestatusbeforeheorsheearnscommissionforaspecificperiod.Forexample,ifMr.AisanactivememberforJanuaryandMarchonly,hewillonlyearnthecommissionsforthemonthshewasactiveasamember(JanuaryandMarch).

4. ReceiveperiodicTrulyRichClubmaterialslikeebooks,audiobooks,books,CDs,DVDsandotherTrulyRichClubcommunicationslikeemailnewslettersdependingonyourmembership.

5. ParticipateinTrulyRichClub-sponsoredevents,trainingandrecognizefunctionsuponpaymentofappropriatecharges,ifapplicable;and

6. ParticipateinpromotionalandincentivecontestsandprogramssponsoredbyTrulyRichClubforitsaffiliates.

7. UsetheemailswipesandthebannersinsidetheTrulyRichClubAffiliatepageforpromotionandmarketingpurposes.OPERATINGASANINDEPENDENTTRULYRICHCLUBAFFILIATE:

1. Ensurethatyouronlinemarketingandpromotionactivitiesareethical,aretruthful,arenotdeceptiveandarenotmisleadingpotentialcustomersorpotentialaffiliatesinanyway.

2. Affiliatesarerequiredtostate/showproperincomedisclaimerswhencreatingtheirownpromotionalvideosandliteraturesdiscussingincomeandcommissions.

3. Affiliatesmayonlyhaveonereferrer.TrulyRichClubdoesnottoleratecrossrecruitingofotherTrulyRichClubAffiliates.Withthat,thefirstreferrerrulewillbeupheld.AllcreditsarefinalsothatwegiverespecttotheaffiliatewhobroughttheclienttotheTrulyRichClubconsideringthatheorshemighthaveincurredmarketingcostandotherincidentalcosts.

4. Affiliatesshouldonlyhaveoneaccountandarenotallowedtopurchasemultipleaccountsorsecondarydummyaccounttogetthelevel2commission.

5. Affiliatesshoulddisclosetheirrealnamesinsothatitmustappearinthe“Referredby”sectionoftheTrulyRichClubsitefortheirreferrals.

6. Affiliatescannotusewebsites,emailaddresses,and/oronlinealiasesthatcouldcauseconfusionormisleadingordeceptive,inthattheycauseindividualstobelieveorassumethatthecommunicationisfromtheTrulyRichClub.Forexample,anaffiliatemaynotcreateawebsiteoranemailwitha“TrulyRichClub”onit.

7. AffiliatesarenotallowedtoofferorpromoteTrulyRichClubincombinationwithanyothernon-TrulyRichClubproducts,programs,andopportunity.

8. Affiliatemaynotofferanynon-TrulyRichClubproducts,servicesoropportunityatanyTrulyRichClubmeeting,seminar,convention,webinar,grouppages,teleconference,function.

9. Affiliatesarenotallowedtocollectanypaymentsfromprospectiveclientsorcustomers.OnlypaymentaccountslistedintheOfficialTrulyRichClunsiteoremailcanbeusedforacceptingpayments.

10. AllcontentontheofficialwebsiteisownedbyTrulyRichClub.TrulyRichClubclaimsallpropertyrightsincludingintellectualpropertyrightsforallourcontentandyouagreenottoinfringeuponthoserights.

11. Asanaffiliate,youagreenottouseTrulyRichClubtrademarksandmarksinanyunauthorizedmanner.

12. Asanaffiliate,youagreedtoreceiveregularemailnewsletters,emailpromotionsoreventextmessagesfromTrulyRichClub.

13. Nottooperateorutilizeawebsite,oremailalinktoawebsite,whichcontainsorpromotesthefollowingtypesofcontent:libelous,defamatory,obscene,abusive,violent,bigoted,hate-related,illegal,cracking,hacking,anti-brandmessagingorthatofferillegalgoodsorservices.

14. NottopromoteTrulyRichClubproductsusingspamorunsolicitedcommercialemail.TheAffiliaterepresentsandwarrantsthefollowingprovisions:(a)eachaddresseeonane-maillisthasopted-intoreceivee-mailsfromtheAffiliate;(b)eache-mailsentbytheAffiliatewillcontainclearinstructionsforaddresseestounsubscribefromreceivingfuturee-mails.TheAffiliatemustnotusetheTrulyRichClubbrandnamealoneortyposinthe“From”addressline.

15. Affiliateshouldclearlydiscloseinanywebsiteoropt-inpageoremailthatheisanaffiliateonlyandnotofficiallypartofTrulyRichClub.

16. Affiliatesshouldnottocommitfraudorsubmitfaketransactions.17. Affiliatesshouldnottouseadwareand/ormalwaretopromoteTrulyRichClubproducts.The

useofparasites(programsthatstealtrafficfromlegitimateAffiliates)isstrictlyprohibited.18. ThattheAffiliate’srelationshipwithTrulyRichClubisnon-exclusive.

IncomeTaxes

1. AsanindependentaffiliateofTrulyRichClub,youareresponsibleforfilingonyourtaxesthatyouowedtothegovernmentonanyearningsyoureceivefromtheTrulyRichClubaffiliateprogram.Affiliatesareencouragedtoconsulttheirowntaxaccountant,taxattorney,orothertaxprofessionals.

2. Thecommissionamountthatwillbecreditedintoyourbankaccountshouldbenetof10%CreditableWithholdingTax

3. ForBIRFormRequests,pleasecontactus.AffiliatesParticipationinOtherProgramsTrulyRichClubAffiliatesarefreetoparticipateinotheraffiliates,multilevel,ornetworkmarketingbusinessventuresormarketingopportunities.IfanAffiliateisengagedinothernon-TrulyRichClub,itistheresponsibilityoftheAffiliatetoensurethathisorherTrulyRichClubbusinessisoperatedentirelyseparateandapartfromanyotherprogram.Tothisend,thefollowingmustbeadheredto:

1. AffiliatesmaynotusetheTrulyRichClubSystem,servicesorbackofficetosendcommunicationsregardinganon-TrulyRichClubbusinessoropportunity.

2. Affiliatesmaynotofferanynon-TrulyRichClubopportunity,products,servicesoropportunityatanyTrulyRichClubrelatedmeeting,seminar,convention,webinar,teleconferenceorotherfunction.

RecruitingotherDirectSellersWhenrecruitingorsolicitingparticipantsinotherdirectsellingventurestoeitherpurchaseTrulyRichClubservicesortoparticipateintheTrulyRichClubopportunity.Affiliatesmustnotencouragesuchpersonstoterminateorviolateanytermorconditionofanyagreementthattheymayhavewithotherdirectsellingcompanies.ShouldasAffiliateengageinsuchactivity,theAffiliatebearstheriskofbeingsuedbytheotherdirectsalescompany.Ifanylawsuitarbitrationormediationisbroughtagainstanaffiliateallegingthatheorsheengagedininappropriaterecruitingactivityoritssalesforceorcustomers.TrulyRichClubwillnotpayanyoftheAffiliatesdefensecostsorlegalfees,norwillTrulyRichClubindemnifytheAffiliatesforanyjudgmentawardorsettlement.PrivatePolicyAnypersonal,informationthatyouprovidetousisprivacyprotected.Yourinformationwillneverbesharedorsoldtoanyone.Member’spersonalinformationisstoredonsecureservers.Wemakeeveryefforttoensurethisinformationremainsuncompromised.Pleasebeaware,however,thatthiswebsitecannotbeheldresponsiblefortheprivacypoliciesofwebsitestowhichwemaylink.Anti-SpamPolicyTrulyRichClubstrictlyprohibitsitsmembersfromusingspamandotherformsofinternetabusetoseekreferrals.Spamisdefinedasincludingbutnottothefollowing:

d. InappropriatesolicitationspostedtochatroomsortogroupsorindividualsviaInternetRelayChator“InstantMessaging”system.

ModificationsandTerminationsWemaymodifyanyofthetermsandconditionscontainedinthisAgreement,atanytimeandinoursolediscretion.Noticeofanychangebye-mail,toyouraddressonourrecords,orthepostingonoursiteofachangenoticeofanewagreement,isconsideredsufficientnoticefornotifyingyouofamodificationtothetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.Modificationsmayinclude,butarenotlimitedto,changesinthescopeofavailablecommissionfees,commissionschedules,paymentprocedures,andAffiliateProgramrules.Ifanymodificationisunacceptabletoyou,youronlyrecourseistoterminatethisAgreement.YourcontinuedparticipationintheAffiliateProgram,followingourpostingofachangenoticeornewagreementonoursite,willconstitutebindingacceptanceofthechange.ContentOwnershipAllthecontentontheofficialwebsiteisownedbyTrulyRichClub.Weclaimallpropertyrights,includingintellectualpropertyrightsforallourcontentandyouarenotallowedtoinfringethoserights.IncomeDisclaimersTrulyRichClubmakesanefforttoaccuratelyrepresentalltheproductsandservicesofferedinthewebsite:Includingbutnotlimitedto,financialorinvestmenttraining,spiritualtraining,marketingtraining,andmarketingtools.Wealsoofferanaffiliateprogramwhichpaysacommissionforreferringsales.TrulyRichClubpaysacommissionbaseonourcurrentcompensationplan.Aswithanycompensationplan,yourresultsmayvaryandwillbebasedonyourindividualcapacity,businessexperience,expertise,andlevelofdesire.Wedon’tbelieveingetrichquickschemesprogramsbutonlyinhardwork,addingvalueandservingothers.Ourproductsandservicesareintendedtohelpyouinyourfinancialandspirituallife.Therearenoguaranteesconcerningthelevelofsuccessyoumayexperience.Thetestimonialsandexamplesusedareusedtoinspireyou,andarenotintendedtorepresentorguaranteethatanyonewillachievethesameorsimilarresults.Eachindividual’ssuccessdependsonhisorherbackground,dedication,desireandmotivation.

Suspensionand/orterminationoftheofferingAffiliateabilitytoaccessTrulyRichClubwebsitebackofficeintheeventsuspensionofaccountisissued.Also,commissionswillbewithhelduntilsuchtimethatsuspendedaccountisreinstated.Thereasonforthisistokeepeveryonehonestintheirdealingsandallegationsofwrongdoing.ThatAffiliate’sparticipationintheProgramisatTrulyRichClubsolediscretion.Furthermore,theAffiliateagreesthatiftheAffiliateisterminatedfromtheTrulyRichClubAffiliateProgramforanyreason,TrulyRichClubbearsnoresponsibilityforanylossordamagescausedbytheAffiliate’sterminationfromtheProgram.Youherebyagreetoindemnify,defendandholdharmlessTrulyRichClub,officers,directors,employees,agents,affiliates,successorsandassigns,fromandagainstanyandallclaims,losses,liabilities,damagesorexpense(includingattorneys'feesandcosts)ofanynaturewhatsoeverincurredorsufferedbyus(collectivelythe"Losses"),insofarassuchLosses(oractionsinrespectthereof)ariseoutoforarebasedon(i)anyclaimorthreatenedclaimthatouruseoftheAffiliateTrademarksinfringesontherightsofanythirdparty;(ii)thebreachofanypromise,covenant,representationorwarrantymadebyyouherein;or(iii)oranyclaimrelatedtoyoursite.
